Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional behavior.
I had a very upsetting experience when I called Spanish Group and was assisted by the representative from the Spanish-speaking customer service department, who identified himself as being of Mexican nationality. I was simply calling to ask if my document was ready, and instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and offensive personal comments.

When I mentioned that I needed the paperwork because I’m getting married, he crossed the line and told me—in a sarcastic and judgmental tone—that he didn’t understand how a woman like me could be getting married, supposedly because of “how I treated him.” I was never disrespectful. I only asked a basic question as any client would.

His attitude was not only unprofessional but deeply inappropriate. I do not recommend this service to anyone who expects respectful treatment and basic human decency.

This is my second time using The Spanish Group to complete a certified translation. It has been very successful and easy to do it. I submitted my documentation and payment on Friday afternoon and got it back on Monday morning. (Maybe it could have been faster if I did it during the week days). I definitely recommend this service if you're looking for a trustworthy source for translation services.

I eventually received my refund after more than two weeks, and I appreciate that the company reached out to resolve the issue.

However, the whole process took quite a long time and i wasted my time so I’m deducting one star.
I am glad the situation was finally resolved.

I ordered a translation from Romanian to Spanish with notarization.
I paid both services online, good price, so I was happy.
I received afterwards an email to say that when they analysed the document instead of 70 $ I needed to pay over 245 for the translation and for notarization instead of 14$ was 105 $, so well above double price.
I told them I want to cancel the order but I am still waiting as it seems the situation needs to be assessed by their team? I feel deceived and robbed by this company.

Their customer service representative proactively followed up to make sure I had everything I needed, both before and after fulfilling my order. The electronic PDF version was delivered right to my inbox, which was very convenient. The authorities in Spain subsequently accepted the translation without issue.
