I needed a certified and notarized translation of my doument from Russian to English. Ordering was effortless, and I was offered a very good price and FREE notarization! Translation took just a couple of days. After receiving it, I realized that I forgot to give some instructions regarding spelling preferences. I contacted the service and asked them to make corrections, if possible. They made a correction within half an hour and did not charge me for that!
