To place my order, I uploaded the file that needs translating and payed the amount that they said was due. I then received an email saying that I had only paid for one page when my file was two pages, and that it was going to be double the cost. I am not the one who determined how much to pay, they did!
I’m giving 2 stars in the end because after contacting the help desk, they fully refunded my order and were very gracious about it.

I spoke to them over the phone before placing the order. I needed notarized translation from English to Romanian, of my drivers license. Asked specifically if i will be able to apostille the translation in Denver, CO, since i needed it abroad. They said yes. I was told it will take 2-3 days for the translation. I paid for their services and placed the order on April 15, and they sent the email to me on April 24, which is 9 days instead of the promised 2-3. But, this is not even the biggest issue. I went to the department of state in Denver, wasted half of my day, took day off from work, just for them to tell me that the translation can not be apostilled since they translated and notarized it in California, so the apostille can be made only in California. I have contacted their customer service, and was told they would charge me the full price for apostille if i want it done in California, would not refund the original order price i paid, and max they can do is a discount on my future order with them. Why would i order again with you, if you screwed up, wasted my time and money and were not helpful at all even if it was your mistake?

Everything was perfect & I appreciate the fast delivery. They emailed me right when I placed the order due to a mistake of mine. They are very on top of their work.

This was an easy process and I received my documents very quickly. I will definitely use them again.

Website system offer fast and easy quotation and submission of files and they do fast charge you however you will get the full bill later which might be triple or quadruple the original .

We needed a sworn translation, for homologacion for entry into the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and The Spanish Group provided it fast. At $75/page, it was not cheap, but this was cheaper than the $100/page other services were charging. In addition, we needed certified translation, which was much cheaper, at under $30/page. The Spanish Group was fast, efficient, and professional, with great communication. The translation was accurate.

I accidentally chose the wrong kind of translation, but contacted them immediately after placing the order. After some discussion, it turns out that the kind of translation I needed was for a sworn translator registered in Spain. They offered to upgrade the translation for an absurd amount of money, which of course I declined as there are much cheaper alternatives. They said they will "try" to cancel the order (keep in mind, this was just moments after being placed), and ultimately they completed the translation in bad faith just to claim that it cannot be refunded, even though they knew from the start it wasn't the translation I needed. I strongly advise against using this company.

I’m very pleased with the final result—my document reads clearly and accurately. I also want to express how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was easy to navigate from start to finish, which made things much simpler on my end.
