Fast, and the translator brought it to my attention that typically the kind of document I was asking to be translated was also notarized. I appreciated that extra attention. Communication was great and turnaround incredibly quick. Also, the prices are much better than the BLS embassy service in NYC.

They charge us for translating two whole documents but we only get one page translated. In addition, we choose them and pay them to deliver the work before and they deliver it 15 days later.

It was very difficult to understand the ordering process. I made wrong because it is documents with 2 languages mainly English but a few words in Swedish. When I made an order it comes up a request if I wanted to ad any other languages. I clicked in Swedish and I didn't get any information about any additional cost. I refused to pay and you made it as I asked to, only translated the English words. But I asked about how long time it would take an I never got any answer so I vas very nervous that I might have bought it and then not get it in time. Thankfully you did it in time but I would have liked to get an answer. I nearly started to use another company because I was afraid that it shouldn't be ready in time. It was in the middle of the night here when you sent it and I was intending to order it from another place in the morning. Glad you managed to fix it in time but please look over your ordering form on your website. And please answer the questions.
I think I will use you again if I need it.
