Just terrible. Waited for ages for a pair of trousers to arrive, I’d actually given up hope of ever seeing them, and then finally when they arrived, they were the completely wrong item. Not even similar, and incredibly poor quality. Really bad.

Dreadful customer service. They refuse to accept returns even though it clearly states they do on their website. Claim to be a European brand but based in china. Quality of clothing is very poora dn sizing is just way off. Would stay away from these at any cost

This company should be embarrassed to send out products like this. I waited nearly FOUR WEEKS because I was told my tube top was “made to order.” After all that waiting, I opened the package only to find a shirt that looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photos on the website.

The quality is cheap, the craftsmanship is terrible, and to top it all off, THE ENTIRE PRINT IS UPSIDE DOWN. Seriously? How does anyone package and ship a product without noticing something that obvious?

A long wait is one thing, but making customers wait a month for a defective, poorly made product is completely unacceptable. This is false advertising at its finest. The product I received is not the product that was marketed.

I wasted my time and money, and I will never order from this company again. Buyers beware.

Very long shipping terms. Have not received my items yet. Lets see. Stay away from this company!!

I ordered 3 things. When i recieve the package 2 of the 3 things isnt the same products as their website. It was a sweater and a half zip. On the website its thick, nice fabric and good details etc. What i got is thin, cheap shirts. Fabric you would see for a cheap halloween costume - everybody with a pair of eyes can see its different products.

When confronted customer service about this, sending pictures etc they claim its the same product and says its "the lightning" etc. It was a joke, after a lot of back and fourth they ended up giving me 30% back.

Do not buy from this place.

Absolutely terrible customer experience.

I have been trying to complete a simple return for almost 3 weeks and this company keeps delaying the process instead of simply providing return instructions.

What makes this especially frustrating is that their own website explicitly states:

* “If you don’t love your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund.”
* “If your order doesn’t fit perfectly, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.”
* “No-questions-asked exchanges.”

Despite these promises, support repeatedly claimed that returns are only accepted for defective items. I was redirected between email addresses, ignored for days at a time, and constantly asked unnecessary questions instead of being given a return address.

After weeks of back-and-forth, they still refused the return and only offered a 10% partial refund.

To be honest, the clothing itself was not impressive enough to justify this level of customer service and stress. I definitely will not order from this company again.

This entire experience felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this store, especially if you expect the advertised return policy to actually be honored.

I will now escalate the matter through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.

I have not received my package yet and I have waited over the deadline. And I have not received a mail or anything about a delay.
