Excellent towels and service
Excellent towels and service. I bought 500gsm white institutional/hotel towels 4 years ago from The Towel Shop for my holiday let. They wash well and are still performing excellently. Still thick and fluffy. I needed to buy some replacements only because of accidental damage, and had no hesitation in buying more of the same from this company

We use a lot of towels in our sauna and…
We use a lot of towels in our sauna and as people come un various sizes we have found the size of the bath towel is ideal for regular size guys and the bath sheet perfect for the more rotund gentlemen. I use the 400gsm as they wash and dry quickly. I am very pleased to have found the Towel Shop and will be using them a lot for our sauna.

Delighted with both hand and bath…
Delighted with both hand and bath towels. Of a very good quality and lovely soft feel to them. Tea towels I am not enamoured with them that are thin and could see through also a lot of threads that they I had to cut off with scissors.

The order took very long to arrive and…
The order took very long to arrive and when I called to chase it up the store clerk seemed very unbothered and not helpful at all.
Because of how long the items took I never actually received them. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for a refund.

The towels were delivered on time and well packaged. I found it bigger than expected and it's cheaper for it's size.
