We use a lot of towels in our sauna and as people come un various sizes we have found the size of the bath towel is ideal for regular size guys and the bath sheet perfect for the more rotund gentlemen. I use the 400gsm as they wash and dry quickly. I am very pleased to have found the Towel Shop and will be using them a lot for our sauna.

Delighted with both hand and bath towels. Of a very good quality and lovely soft feel to them. Tea towels I am not enamoured with them that are thin and could see through also a lot of threads that they I had to cut off with scissors.

The order took very long to arrive and when I called to chase it up the store clerk seemed very unbothered and not helpful at all.
Because of how long the items took I never actually received them. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for a refund.

The towels were delivered on time and well packaged. I found it bigger than expected and it's cheaper for it's size.

The robe is very good for the price.

Beautiful soft towels. Unfortunately the wrong colour

Bought 4x 200TC Percale Flat Sheets, 2 double, 2 king. When comparing the material weight it's quite obvious that the weight is not the same, 1x king is heavier despite being labeled 200TC. Not sure what is going on here other than something is amiss.

Edit: Revised to 5 stars as a very helpful customer services representative reached out offering a refund for the sheet and investigating why there is a difference, along with an explanation.
