Amazing service from start to finish and fantastic after-sales support. The team were happy to answer our many questions when we were installing the system. Highly recommended, a shame more companies aren’t this helpful.

Great service. Phoned me shortly after I placed my order to check the configuration of the Mat would be suitable. They even pointed out that I'd gone a bit mad on the insulation so I saved on the total order. Will definitely use again.

The underfloor kit came with deliveries over a 5 day period from 4 different courriers. There was no communication advising of the deliveries it was just lucky was available to take delivery. I contacted the underfloor heating company on a few occasions via there website but never got a reply. There was no trade discount available either. Not a good experience. Will not use again

Great customer service. My thermostat went wrong after 11 months of use. I sent an email and they sent a replacement free of charge next day. Can't ask for better than that!

I needed to upgrade my Warmup thermostat. The underfloor heating company had it at a good price. There was a problem with Parcel Force. I emailed them and got a prompt reply from Hayley. She sorted out the problem. I recommend this company

Bought equipment for water underfloor heating, including thermostats. Good helpful service and fast delivery. After installation I was unable to pair with the app. I rang today Fri 3rd January 2020 to seek help. Tony at underfloor heating, took the time step by step to get all 3 thermostats paired up and interactive. Very impressed, helpful asset to your company.

Excellent service, price and delivery. It was great to actually speak to someone who could help me decide and advise on what exactly I required to get the job done. I wish more companies were like this. I even saved over £250 - Would highly recommend. Thanks Dan for your advice etc.
