We have an aging dog and he is not able to manage getting into a car or handle an office visit. He barks all the time there. We found The Vets and they were incredible. They took their time and spent a lot of time at our home and talking about current needs and an initial pain plan for Augie. The price was equivalent to going to a vets office. And the care we got for Augie was exceptional. This is a good choice for aging, scared or any animal. He was so good with them too. I will be returning to them for his future needs. Thank you

I will never use these people again. Bradley has severe problems with his tail. These people cancelled the appointment 15 minutes before it was to begin.

Love Dr Gonzales and her assistant beautiful experience they thoroughly examined my Dog and reviewed all her medical records and blood test and explained it all to me I can’t rave enough about her and her team thank you so much

I was concerned about my pets rash and him scratching bleeding on wounds,couldn't get his regular vet ,they were booked,so t tried mobile vet it was easy to book an appointment fast,they seemed professional dedicated to helping my pet issues were professional when they came ,examined my pet Charlie diagnosed his problem ,recommended what treatment will be required and price I thought was reasonable and proceeded with treatment for my pet Charlie, my experience went well felt they cared for my concern and also were very gentiel with Charlie my pet .I would definitely recommend the vets, but again it would be a personal choice where to go for your pets treatment.

Wonderful experience with the Denver branch! I felt a little silly signing up for a concierge style vet but wow, totally worth it. The whole experience felt really natural. Dr. Stensland and her tech were both great with my pets. I'm a bit crazy about my fur babies and had lots of little details about each one. They listened, made suggestions, and actually appreciated that I was so in tune with my pets. I got the membership so I don't have to worry.

I called and set up an appointment. Once scheduled I must have received not less that 20 texts (one or two would have been enough) asking me to verify various things....no problem. I thought the $300 base price was expensive but I am new to the area and needed someone to check my dog out due to having diarrhea so I viewed this an nothing more than a urgent treatment visit (though I was given a $100 off for the first time visit, so $200) so I did expect a little more. The Dr. and vet tech arrived and were very nice, and then it started. The up sell for the membership to the Dr Greedy Vet club. I declined and the doc examined my dog and said we needed to run some tests and again the up sell was mentioned again. I again declined and she suggested that a senior dog panel to be run and stool study and due to my boy being a bit heavier than normal a thyroid test. They collected the specimens, and I paid the $447 and they went on their way, but not before mentioning the up sell one last time. Two days later I got a call and an email letting me know about the results. Turns out that my baby has hook worms and an low T4 (one indicator of thyroid disease) and it was suggested (wait for it) that a confirmation panel be run to make sure that this is truly the problem. The confirmation panel is $340 (BTW we don't even charge that much for human beings FIRST RED FLAG), to which I was a bit confused as to why they didn't do this to begin with, I mean if you suspected this then run the tests. Common sense dictates this. Also a repeat stool study to confirm the worms were gone. For the hookworms, the treatment for this, was going to be called into a online pharmacy called Mixlab to fill. The drug Panacur was called in (of course you can buy this OTC at most any pet store for way less than what these people charge) for the treatment of my dogs hookworms. Again you all should not be in the vet industry, you all missed your calling. You should be selling cars!!!! My father who was a car salesman all his life would have been impressed by the sly skill you kept the up sell going!!! You are no different than the multiple Doctors I have been working for the last 30 years. It is all about the money and that's it. So I will be looking for a local Vet and will definitely check pricing and prescription policies before making a selection. As for The Vet of Mooresville/Charlotte, I would avoid them unless you have lots of money and don't mind having you pocket picked once a month (The Dr Greedy Vet Club, which BTW is $99 a month per pet) or just don't have the time to go to your local Vet. So in summary if I would have continued with these people I would not be into this visit for close to $1000. Wow, now that impressive.

A great team of three sat on my living room floor today! They got to see my kitten in his own environment, which I believe helps with a whole examination of my cat. They were kind, professional, and patient. All of my questions were answered, and everything explained very well. I got some tips and tricks as well!! Thank you!!

The most important thing for a home visit is a lot less stress on me and my cat, otherwise I could have taken my cat to the vet. I was lucky to have a nice team. Although they tried to sell the membership and services, I totally understand that they had to make profit and keep customers. I can easily make up the cost, but I think it is still pricey for some people.

I have tried to schedule 3 different appt with this company. No call, no email, no response at all. I won't try again and neither should you.

I have 3 dogs and a cat so it was very easy to have a wellness visit . The team was so thorough and friendly. I used a discount code for my first visit so it was very reasonable.

Well I feel ripped off! Explanation of vaccine options beyond confusing. Tried asking a reasonable question, was interrupted and told to take the advice or not. Looking at the forms they sent after and they put my dogs sex wrong, which is concerning. Lack of attention to detail in one area means lack of attention to detail in all areas. Ended up paying almost $600 and not sure what for. Exam not thourough, ie. temperatures not taken, lymph nodes not examined or they would have known one dog is very sensitive in those areas. Save your time and money and go to a clinic that will take the time to do a proper exam and explain options clearly.

Cats felt comfortable and it was a lot easier than going to a veterinarian visit.

Dr Charity and Patty made for one of the most informative, gentle, thoughtful pet visits I’ve ever had for my husky Luna. We’re not vetting any other way!

A bit over-priced, but the vet and her assistant were nice and professional.

We couldn’t ask for better care for our fur babies! The ease of home visits with the thorough care and compassion the Veterinary team provides are the answer to our veterinary needs! If taking your pets to a veterinary clinic is stressful, this is the answer! Give them a call you won’t regret it!

The competence and thouroughness were to be praised. The prices were extreme and I felt I had no option but to do everything they suggested.

Dr. Marshall and tech Destiny were so thorough and professional. They handled my kitty Luna with gentleness and care and performed all necessary procedures.

The two vets who came out so kind and patient. They explained everything to about my pet.

They made my dog Louie feel calm and at ease. Great service. Highly recommend!

Doctor Todd and Kyla were great. Both were very nice and courteous. Our fur babies do not take well to strangers at all, but they made it very comfortable and stress free for all involved. Very organized, very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary procedures or products.
