Very nice fast and caring vets!! They were able to treat my dogs accordingly and vaccinate them all from my home. Highly recommend when needing any simple procedures for your pets.

The staff and doctor are extremely friendly and wonderful with my kitten. I appreciate how everything was explained and how they made sure that any questions were answered.

The Vets were great! Dr. Graham and Rosie did such a good job with my mom’s cat. They came to her place in a memory care and so kindly got her cat from under the bed. They were so gentle with him and really took their time examining him and explaining what the problem was to myself and my mom. I highly recommend their services. They saved us from having to bring her beloved kitty to a vet. Thank you!!!

Great home visit. It’s honestly the way to go when you have cats. The vet was more interested in building trust with my older kittens as soon as she walked in the door. I liked that when testing they only chose one for the contagious things without putting both kittens through an exam. Saves costs and stress. It’s an amazing staff with great service. Looking forward to keeping The Vets as our veterinary care team long term!

The doctor and assistant were great. They were good with my dog and he took to them right away.
They made sure that we understood everything concerning the issues that we had.

The Vet and tech were very professional and did a nice job handling our two cats. Unfortunately one exam did not go well and we were advised to take him to an animal hospital.

Show they care about your pet and show very professional approach to your pet needs I would recommend them highly to others.

Having a home visit is so much less stressful for your pet. They are professional, efficient, and best of all effective!

I love that The Vets comes to your home. They were so sweet and gentle with my pups, even my skittish little guy who barks and growls when scared and puts him at ease quickly.

I established care with the vets in Sacramento (they are a chain with multiple locations but no offices). If you read carefully they are just a platform connecting vets to owners. I also have a diabetic pet and the guidelines are for as much care at home as possible but this is not a clinic! They assign you a doctor who works part time and have no support between care because they have few staff who do not work in your city. Technically they are not a “scam” but they are misleading and create the appearance of a clinic but are in fact just a web platform. There is no support between visits as your doctor may work 1-2 times per month. They recommended hospital stay, and refused to treat my pet and refused to even provide refills saying he is to sick for their clinic. Yet, what did he need? A simple glucose curve which is best done using a continuous glucose monitor (a simple patch). I paid thousands in care only to have my emails rejected, refused to answer questions and left me on my own with a sick pet. This js not a clinic anywhere it is a startup focused on profits over care and they will lie and violate ethical standards of care for the purpose of making profits by pushing away sick pets under the guise of “too complex.” They want well pets who need vaccines and checkups annually. Once it gets tricky you’re out of luck and pushed out. This is an investment whose intentions are not on care for animals. Look them up, see who is the real owner, question what they tell you. They will not like it and are experts at spinning the truth but get your pet to an actual clinic or a home veterinarian who provides continuity and care.

they contacted me after seeing that i tried to call them and handled my concerns about my card judiciously. Amanda the vet came and keely the tech. they were great. They did a great job with my health cetificate. my cat seemed comfotable. i am very grateful for this service.

Be aware!
I have a cat with diabetes and Pancreatitis, we have had a hard weekend with a flare up of the latter. At one point Scoop was in a coma state.
First thing this morning I called to speak to a vet to see if there was any more I could do other than the recommended low carb diet and Kaminox so to prevent the above happening again.
I was told they were understaffed and it would be tomorrow before I could speak to a Vet. This could cost Scoop his life!!
The same receptionist has not placed my order of Insulin twice in the past. I decided that I needed to move to a Practice that has staff that can cover for absences and care about the life of it's patient!
