Both products returned to them by me. NO REFUNDS RECEIVED.
There is no direct customer service with TII. Appalling experience.

Hopeless customer service. First of all the said they weren't responsible for the handling my return request. They kept this up for about two weeks. It then became clear they were responsible. Now they are dragging their feet. I have to do all the chasing. Still trying to get my refund but they simply ignore my emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR RETAILERS THAT ACTUALLY GIVE A SH*T ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
Don't bother
Don't bother, advertised on Amazon with a 2 day shipping, 2 days came and went, I'm then told it's been shipped but the tracking number stated that DPD hadn't received my parcel. I can't contact anyone, their phone just leaves you on hold, amazon are no use with third party sellers. They still have my item and my money and the only advice amazon is giving is to just refuse the parcel.

I ordered some walking poles never having used any before, after lots reading about them I made my choice to get trail Fliplock poles from.. This is it srores in Newton Abbot..... Via Amazon, after I had made my purchase I checked some reviews which were not good..... Too late!
However I have to say how delighted I am with my purchase
I ordered them on the 6th of March and received them this morning the 11th by Evrie exactly on time, I would definitely order from this company again......

Placed an order via Amazon on 17 December 2025. Return initiated on 19 December for damaged set of dumbbells. Return approved by company after email exchange on 23 December showing photos of damage and was advised to dispose of the dumbbells. Numerous emails later with the seller via Amazon platform the refund has still not been received. After quoting my order number when chasing have been told I have to send them all previous correspondence. Today, after doing so I have been told there are delays in processing refunds and I am in a queue. There has been so much stalling I suspect the company is going to go bust!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Ordered from them via Amazon. My order was cancelled by them (they told me the courier cancelled the order) but they didn't notify me. They were meant to refund me but after weeks of chasing I had to obtain a refund from Amazon. Very pleased to not have to deal with this company again. I won't ever buy from This Is It online again. Read reviews and beware, I wish I hadn't used them.

Do not use this company! My parcel went to wrong address and i have emailed 3 times for a refund i have just been ignored no response whats so ever! Doesnt deserve any stars absolutely appauling how do companies getaway with this.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Again purchased through Debenhams who have no customer service at all. Contacted this is it stores 5 times through email. Never responded. Also tried calling them. They never answer the phone. The company is absolutely useless when it comes to to customer service
Money refunded promptly
I'm aware that a lot of people have given TII a single star, but it has been different for me. I ordered a tent online, but then had to cancel the order almost immediately. This was on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning I received an email from the store saying that I would get a refund, and I got it a couple of days later. I'm happy.
Sent me a used item - now wanting to charge me to return it
Ordered an item through Amazon - it was used. Tried to return it but they wanted to charge me for the privilege. No offer of compensation. No suggestions to make it right. Very poor.

Doesn’t deserve even one star. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a foldable outdoor chair. It didn’t arrive on expected time even after 2 weeks. Customer service is poor and won’t respond. Requested refund and no reply yet. Don’t buy things from this seller.

Amazon were brilliant, instant refund.
Awful service
Awful service - purchased through Amazon and sent a return back.
- They say it is a free return but the label is not pre paid, so I had to pay for the return myself.
- The return label address is invalid when sending via Post Office so had to Google the company to find the address.
- They messaged saying they did send me a pre paid label but I have no such message - clearly lies.
- They finally say they didn't receive the item.
Don't trust. Either a scam company or totally incompetent.
Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling if you have an issue with your purchase. Contacted a number of timrs and received unhelpful replies. Purchase was an expensive item that barely lasted 7 months. Avoid this company at all costs.
Extremely disappointing experience that…
Extremely disappointing experience that completely derailed our holiday plans.
While packing for our trip, we discovered an issue with our old awning. I contacted this company before ordering to confirm whether I could receive one if purchased in time via next-day delivery, and was told it would be possible. Based on that assurance, I paid extra for the service.
Two days later—on the day it was due to arrive—the item still hadn’t left their warehouse. I contacted customer service for an explanation but received no reason, just an offer of a refund. Oddly, they’d already sent the bedroom attachment via next-day delivery, but then insisted I return it before they’d process any refund.
I asked again if they could ship the awning on a true next-day basis, but they flatly refused and offered no real solution. No attempt to help, no consideration of the situation, and no accountability for the delay.
The result? A huge disruption and added stress during our holiday preparations. Sadly, I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.
Trail self inflating mattress…
I purchased a self inflating mattress last year which was used for around 6 nights. I was due to go camping and as normal get all the equipment out and test only to find out the product no longer retains it's inflation. The product is less than a year old used for less than a week and has been stored carefully. As such I made contact with TII through Amazon complaints procedure.
One month later and having had numerous communications with them we are no further forward.
There is no sign of damage externally, no splits on seams, valves material so the problem is internal. They will not accept this insisting I send photos of the failure which I can't determine. We have been round this process numerous times with them stating they want to support but want proof of the failure. I can't demonstrate where this is, similar to having a slow puncture in a tyre you know it's there but can't see it!
The issue is the product only comes with a six month warranty which should I have known I wouldn't have purchased this item, it cost £100. Decathlon sell exactly the same product and it comes with a 2 year warranty.
I have never been treated so badly by a company TII brands Devon should be ashamed of themselves. They talk about valued companies but I don't feel valued at all.

Do not use this company. One month later and emails, web chats and finally one phone call and I am still awaiting a return and refund for a parasol. The incorrect one being sent. I was told Evri were collecting it but they did not! Doubt I'll ever get my money back. Next stage is reporting them.

Missing item from order
I ordered through Amazon a camping chair, it arrived but had a missing side pocket which is why I ordered this particular chair.
They did ask me to send a picture, however it was too large so wouldn’t send, I did explain the missing pocket, and asked for it to be sent, twice I reached out, twice no reply. I appreciate it’s only a pocket, however it’s the principle that I would like to receive what I ordered and to have better customer service.
