It was one of the most disappointing shows I have ever attended. The person singing the Mercury tribute did not even remotely manage to get close to Mercury. I have seen many times better in the past.

The concert was great, such an amazing line up of NZ talent. Well done. The Town Hall was a great location, easy to get to and easy to navigate around. Nice to be in a smaller venue than large stadium

Great concert. Amazing artists coming together to perform across different genres. Thank you for bringing these awesome shows to Wellington.

Great night out. Venue was perfect, seats had good view and acoustics. Orchestra was superb. Not a lot to complain about really. We really enjoyed the Auckland Philharmonia's renditions of classic John Williams movie themes, as did the vast majority of the audience at the almost sold-out event. Guest conductor was very entertaining and very passionate about the music.

Excellent show Setting, costumes and individual acts all great and well executed A good variety of events all fresh full of not just energy but amazing skill. Congratulations to you all

I navigated the website easily enough to find the tickets I wanted, bought them and received them in the app on my phone with no issues, and then received email reminders before the event with useful information. It probably helped too that the concert was pure magic.

Great performance, great seats (pity about the weather and building parking being full, but that's all out of your control)

The show got cancelled so it was a pretty shit experience cost money to get there and then had to come back home afterwards. Would’ve been nice if the show was cancelled earlier in the morning instead of 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

Experience with Ticketmaster to attend Cirque Alice at The Civic was 5-star! Wonder-filled event for both granddaughter and her grandparents! Booking process was easy and trouble-free! Great location and seating!

Show cancelled last minute, should have be cancelled early in the day. Have wasted $2700 on flights and accommodation that I couldn't cancel I've known earlier in the day we may have been able to rebook or refund but being at arena and check in to accommodation no refund is possible even with travel insurance.

Easy to buy tickets but was disappointed that it took over an hour between the artist announcing the concerts cancellation until when you formally let us know. Would be frustrating for people who don't have social media or anything where the announcement was initially made by Alex

the concert was cancelled 2 hours before it was due to start. we received minimal information.

Even has been cancelled in the last mins. wow....

Very complex irritating process to book tickets. By the time all questions re address, etc are completed, the booking has expired. And one has to start again.
Also, Ticketmaster takes $1 from your card , no explanation given at the time of bookingi payment, only discovered when you check your card after the booking has been processed.
