I cannot speak highly enough of this company, I was very anxious to use them as I had not heard of them before , but after reading all the really good reviews I decided to give them a go. I purchased tickets for a present, unfortunately the recipient could not do the initial date. I contacted ticket port and they very kindly changed the tickets to another venue, no quibble, and all sorted very quickly. Thank you very much Ticketport

Was a little apprehensive prior as usually book tickets through Ticketmaster but the tickets arrived around a week before the show and were really good seats, wouldn’t be as hesitant next time 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was EXTREMELY dubious about ticketports after reading some of the reviews. Nevertheless, I took a chance and bought tickets for the Darts 🎯 they were a gift for someone for Christmas.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. Communication was all via email, but they answered within about a day. Tickets arrived around a month ago and nice and early instead of being emailed out, which was nice as physically having them put my mind at rest about them being duplicated. All scanned in fine, and our seats were absolutely in the perfect position, too! My only gripe is that, as expected from a third-party seller, the tickets were a tad overinflated.

Great communication and first class service. I really had my doubts after purchasing from Ticketport and niggles started to set in as to if they were genuine or not!

I wasn’t sure about using TicketPort as I didn’t know the company and am wary of secondary ticketing outlets. Pleased to say I had an excellent experience. I was kept updated and it was a smooth & easy process. Wouldn’t hesitate to use TicketPort again

Very efficient and the tickets arrived seamlessly + promptly.

I bought tickets back in May for Taylor Swift (Aug 20th). They were ridiculously expensive but my main concern was whether they’d be legitimate. Heard so many horror stories about resale sites. I did email a few times because the date was getting near and I’d heard nothing, but always got a prompt response and reassurance the tickets would arrive. They did, in time, and I got into the show with no issues. Would definitely use Ticketport again.

I was sceptical at first as I had never heard of this company before, I bought melanie martinez tickets and I recieved them to my ticketmaster account a few weeks before the concert, everything went as planned, super easy no problems at all

Complete waste of time
got sent duplicate tickets for travis Scott circus Maximus show after they reassured us several times that everything was fine. do not buy from these guys. disappointment of a lifetime. Got tickets for the Frankfurt show right after this straight from Ticketmaster and everything went as smooth as u would expect. definitely avoid these third party resellers at all cost.

Received my tickets way before my friends who bought theirs directly. There were some venue rule changes before the concert and the Ticketport team were quick to inform and gave clear instructions as to how I can acquire my tickets and scan it. Was nervous at first because of how many scammers there are these days but TicketPort is a well trusted site

Liam Gallagher - Definitely Maybe
I was able to purchase a ticket to for Liam Gallagher's Definitely Maybe tour @ Co-op Live arena in Manchester. Even when the ticket where selling out like hot cakes on other sites. Furthermore my E-ticket was sent to my Ticket Master Account.

Fantastic. Simply fantastic. I bought some Ricky Gervais tickets for Crawley and was absolutely flawless. I did contact Ticketport.co.uk in the interim period checking the order was OK, and their customer service was absolutely first class, professional and reassuring.

I would 100% recommend Ticketport over Viagogo.co.uk and Gigsberg, for which I have had difficult experiences with.

Ticket purchase very easy, loved the emails keeping me informed about the upcoming concert. Email arrived containing my tickets in good time and easy to print
