Never used this site before so was a bit wary of scams etc. Bought tickets for Pink so easy and straightforward. They were a Xmas gift so as the tickets don’t get sent out until a couple of weeks before the event I asked for a gift email, which was sent to me in plenty of time for Xmas. Tickets arrived as stated. Would definitely use TicketPort again and would recommend it to everyone buying tickets for events

Bit dubious and thought it was another site that would let you down. Read reviews, all positive and I can add to that! Kept informed when said I would be, tickets transferred no problem and no issues. Would 100% use again.

I was a little apprehensive at first as I was parting with a lot of money to a site I didn't know too much about. I read around the reviews and they seemed legit and people were happy. Ticketport had great communication, the tickets arrived a couple of days before the gig as stated and they transferred to my account with no ffuss. Would use again and recommend.

I bought 2 tickets for travis scott manchester, i only received them 2 days before the show which left me and my friend on edge the whole time. When we got our tickets, they were just screenshots of tickets and there was no way to actually transfer the tickets to my ticketmaster app. The screenshots of the tickets were also low quality. Luckily my tickets scanned and we got into the event (it was a great night). However, during the event I heard that one of the people who I had been talking to (who had also bought tickets from ticketport) could not get into the event as it said their tickets had already been used. This person flew from norway for this event so i can only imagine how distressed they must have been. Later on, I heard that apparently hundreds if not thousands of people who had bought from ticketport could not get into the concert. I think me and my friend got very lucky that our tickets weren't scanned already.

Overall, I had a good experience but I will never buy from ticketport again.

Same experience as below. Bought 3 tickets for Travis Scott gig at Manchester. Travelled from Glasgow only to be told I couldn’t get in as ticket was a duplicate & someone already used it 15 mins before. The other 2 tickets worked. I luckily managed to buy another ticket & managed to get in. Took it up with ticketport & they are refunding me & taking the matter up with ticket master. Massive disappointment at the time. Wouldn’t like this to happen to anyone else.

**Sold Me Fake Tickets - Scam Site!**

I am beyond disappointed with TicketPort. I bought tickets for a concert I had been looking forward to for months, only to find out at the venue that the tickets were FAKE. I was denied entry and missed the entire event. Customer service is useless, there isn’t even a telephone number to call. This site is a complete scam. Save your money and buy from a reputable source. DO NOT use TicketPort

I bought tickets for my daughter and her friend for Travis Scott in London. It’s the first time using them and I was really unsure if the tickets were genuine. I received QR codes 3 days before the event, forwarded to the girls individual mobiles and they worked. Very straight forward and no flashy apps needed.
I did email ticketport a couple of times and they replied very quickly. We would def use again.

Bought a front pitch standing for AC/DC at Wembley Stadium 7th July through TicketPort. Was really anxious about everything going to plan especially with all the costs involved. They were really quick to respond assuring me my ticket would be sent when released. Sure enough to it came when advised and had no issues accessing the stadium. I even managed to get to the rail at front of pitch. Would definitely use again.

Good service, easy web site, seating plan was easy to follow, tickets arrived on time, what more can you say than, thanks, it was a great Barry Manilow Concert.

Great service. I was concerned that the concert might be cancelled as Barry Manilow had been unwell on the Monday. I emailed and got a response straight back and reassurance that I would receive a refund so they put my mind at rest. As it was, the concert went ahead, he was amazing and I had a great seat and at a reasonable price.

Easy to purchase and easy to use on a moblie or print at home well done 👏

Tickets arrived when they said they would. Website is really easy to use and makes it clear where the seats are to help you decide if the tickets are right for you.

I was a bit skeptical about using ticket port as had never done before however there communication was great, I didn’t receive tickets till a week before the show so was a bit nervous but there was no need to be.
