bad customer service
bad customer service, never used such a payment method for parking and would not let me pay the normal charge, ended up paying 60 pounds because awful payment system. EXTORTION

Very poor performance charged me 3X more for Gatwick drop off
Beyond useless
Beyond useless. I got a PCN which is valid, my mistake to get it but YOU CAN NOT PAY THE FINE. Both online and the automated payment line are refusing multiple valid cards. Checked with my banks, have funds and cards are valid. This must be a scam company who don't allow payments so it gets bumped upto a debt collector. Absolute scum.
Poor communication and customer service
Poor communication and customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the communication and handling of a parking charge by Times24.
I was out of the country when the original letter regarding the parking charge was sent. By the time I returned and received the letter, the payment deadline had already passed. I immediately tried to resolve the matter by paying the charge online, but the parking charge number was not recognised by the payment system.
I then emailed the contact email address provided to explain the situation and try to make payment, but I received no response.
I have now been contacted by a debt collection company regarding the outstanding amount, despite the fact that I made genuine attempts to resolve the matter and contacted Times24 directly for assistance.
The whole situation could have been avoided with clearer communication and a timely response to my email. I find it very frustrating that, despite trying to pay and resolve the issue, the matter has now escalated to debt collection.
Very poor customer service and communication. I would expect a company to provide a reasonable opportunity for customers to resolve issues, particularly when they have made attempts to contact them and pay.
If I could leave a negative star review…
If I could leave a negative star review I would. This company is gouging the British people, millions of dollars everyday. Just at Gatwick, North Terminal, they make about £65,000 a day on drop off charges and parking then they have the nerve to charge a markup of 160% for a £10 charge. I visited Gatwick on my birthday to fly to Greece and the person that dropped us off forgot to pay the £10 charge. I received a threatening letter less than 2 months later threatening legal action if I didn't pay the now inflated £170 charge. The # I was given for contact only offered me to pay the £170 and was automated. I was not able to speak to a representative. Please sign the petition to stop this Japanese company to stop this from happening to others: the UK government site has petition you can sign to stop this from happening to you

Atrocious processes - every interaction fails
Very similar to previous review. Inadvertently I went through the wrong drop-off zone, I paid for the intended zone and queried the charge for the unintended zone. I had a reply and replied to that, but had no reply. The charge dissappeared from the website so I assumed it was cancelled. I then received a penalty notice dated 10 days before I received it and leaving me less than 5 days to act. I immediately emailed them and 2 days later had a reply, replied to that and am still waiting for a reply. Meantime I decided to cut my losses and pay. However the online system would not recognise my charge. I tried the automated phone system and that said with two different cards that the bank had rejected my payment. The bank say that they have received no such request.
This has taken a lot of time and stress which is still going on
I emailed 3 weeks ago
I emailed 3 weeks ago about me taking the wrong turn into the DropOff zone instead of my Valet Parking booking. Times24 asked for proof of my booking which i sent and... nothing. I've chased and... nothing. This is terrible way to handle their customer service experience. Surely Times24 can see that the national view of them is so poor..?
PREDATORY TRAP
PREDATORY TRAP
PREDATORY TRAP: Forced Entry & Charged For Passing Through!
Beware of the shocking road layout at London Gatwick North Terminal. The perimeter roundabout has been modified with aggressive plastic barriers that completely block normal exit routes. Instead of acting as a functional roundabout, it physically forces drivers left and funnels them directly into the chargeable drop-off forecourt against their will. There is literally nowhere else to go.To escape the £10 fee, they expect you to navigate chaotic traffic at 20 mph, spot a tiny red sign, enter the Short Stay Car Park, take a ticket, and immediately exit. I completely missed this sign on the day because it is virtually impossible to see while trying to drive safely in a high-pressure environment. I only discovered its existence by investigating the area on Google Street View afterward! Expecting motorists to read small text instructing them to enter a car park just to avoid a forced road charge is an absolute joke.Worse still, they use extreme high-pressure tactics to force immediate compliance. If you do not pay the £10 charge by midnight the following day, it automatically escalates into a massive £100 Non-Payment Charge. This is a staggering 1,000% increase designed purely to terrify people into paying immediately out of fear.My vehicle was inside the zone for less than 60 seconds. I was traveling completely alone, my wheels never stopped turning, and no passenger was dropped off. Yet, I was forced to pay £10 under severe financial duress just to escape a public road layout and avoid a predatory £100 fine. This is not a service charge; it is extortion. If you get caught in this trap, do not let them get away with it—demand a refund immediately. Gatwick Airport and NCP should be thoroughly ashamed of this corporate greed.
Really awful customer service
Really awful customer service. Their website would not take payments - I raised numerous tickets with their team and received no reply. Then I was sent to debt recovery! Tried multiple times to pay again today and still system errors. Customer service awful wasted hours.

Absolutely appalling company.
Absolutely appalling company.
Drove through Gatwick 'Drop Off' zone by mistake, did not stop, then sent numerous emails explaining this. Their last email read:
Thank you for contacting Times24 Parking Customer Services.
I understand your concern regarding the drop-off charge incurred at Gatwick South Terminal Forecourt Entry/Exit on 5 August 2026.
Following a thorough review of the case, including ANPR camera data and photographic evidence, we have confirmed that the vehicle entered the chargeable drop-off zone. As the charge was incurred correctly, we regret that we are unable to process a refund.
Please note that all visits to the drop-off zone are chargeable, including accidental entries.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Times24 UK
In essence Times24 state that you don't actually pay to 'Drop Off' you pay if you even drive through the area, with no recourse to appeal.
Contacted Gatwick complains about this who basically claim that its nothing to do with them... WHO THEN ACTUALLY OWNS THAT AREA? AND WHO AWARDED TIMES 24 THE CONTRACT? Both are an appalling and shabby example of how not to run a company.
I then recieved the reply written below via trustpilot, claiming they had requested further information.
My last email from them is reproduced above and has no mention of more information. Besides that fact, what further information could they possibly need? They have my vehicle licence number and the time and date of when I drove through the drop off zone and my contact details. Clearly the reply below is a cut a paste reply sent to everyone who complains.

Corporate Hypocrisy at Its Finest: Pennies for Customers, Millions in Unpaid Debts
It takes a truly shameless corporate culture to aggressively bully everyday motorists over pennies while your own business structure collapses under hundreds of millions in unpaid debts. This is the embarrassing reality of PARK24 Group, the Japanese owners who ran NCP straight into insolvency with a staggering £350 million debt mountain. After failing to pay their own colossal bills and dumping the wreckage onto UK creditors, they have now quietly shuffled their operations over to their other brand, Times24 UK (Times Parking). While they happily ignore their own monumental financial failures, they demand absolute perfection from their paying customers. Their pettiness within this newly branded Times24 UK company is astonishing. They openly reject standard UK trade association guidelines regarding minor keying errors. If a customer makes a simple, single-digit typo, a human mistake standard industry rules state should result in an immediate cancellation, Times24 / PARK24 still demands cash. Even when provided with undeniable, rock-solid proof that the customer fully paid for their stay, they still extort a £20 "admin fee" just to correct their own automated incompetence. The hypocrisy is deeply humbling for anyone watching: a multi-million-pound foreign conglomerate that cannot manage its own books, behaving like a playground bully to squeeze £20 out of honest people. You can guarantee that PARK24 doesn't treat their Japanese customers with such aggressive, underhand techniques. If you want to see standard British fairness completely abandoned by a failing corporate giant hiding behind a new Times24 logo, look no further.

Dodgy parking company
We've just received a letter from a debt collector for £170 apparently acting on the instructions of this company. Apparently we were fined £100 when using Maple Parking meet and greet at Gatwick Airport in June. We never received the PCN. No evidence is provided. Trying to resolve this over the phone is proving impossible, including giving us an email address for an inbox that isn't monitored. Complete joke. Will be contacting the BPA.

£100 fine for a 180sec emergency stop that caused no obstruction or risk to anyone
Just received at £100 fine for a very brief emergency stop aprox 10 meters after exiting the Mid Stay carpark. It was late, no other motorists were around, I pulled as far into what I considered a safe corner as I could and put my hazard lights on. All barrier systems remained completely free and had there been other cars using the area I would have not been in the way whatsoever.
An expensive 180 seconds and very low opinion of Times24 from here.

Absolute con of a company
What an absolute con of a company.
Parking ticket notification received on 17/06.
Strongly dispute the ticket on the grounds that a) we were stopped not parked. We were stopped for 39 seconds and were nearer to the double yellows and not the red lines (as shown in their own CCTV pictures) and we only did so as we were unsure of entering which gate and thus didn’t want to cause disruption the busy traffic behind us. Also none of the people in the car have any recollection of signage.
We appealed on the day of receipt. I’ve the screen shot of the appeal as when I tried to double check it states that an appeal is already in progress.
We’ve heard nothing since. I tried to find a telephone number to call them but everything is automated and have zero response.
However on 27/07 I had a reminder text from them saying the amount was still outstanding and a link to click on for further details. The link doesn’t work, so I responded to the text with a screen shot of the appeal screen I’d previously taken and also details of when I’d appealed. They had to have received my appeal as the text was to me personally, but the car is in my wifes name.
Today received a demand for £170 from their debt recovery company. Times 24 have said they sent the appeal results (which apparently went against me) by post. Absolute lies.
They (debt recovery) can’t even contact them as it’s all automated!
Had a bit of an investigation and all the directors are Japanese and abroad.
They company is an absolute scam and to be honest Gatwick should a) be embarrassed to be connected with them as a supplier and b) should seriously look at perhaps a British based company with some accountability!!

Would put zero if I could
Would put zero if I could. My experience mirroring others on here, booked and paid for short term parking at LGW. Received a PCN on 5th August dated 14 July saying I had parked in restricted zone. Fine, I guess I didn’t see the signs, however, unable to make payment as their systems don’t work. Now 2.5 hours, 6 phone calls and 9 attempted payments later and I am no further.

This has got to be the worse site on the internet. Pay a fine is impossible. Phone number works fine until you get to the end and then it states card refused or bank has stopped the payment. Then you try and pay on line that it an experience to see how bad this company is. My advice is to avoid Times parking at all costs. Tomorrow I shall try customer services guessing this will be a laugh has well. This is my experience today it is possible that the phones have gone down and their internet has fallen over but recon this is very unlikely.

Hopeless - no customer care - borderline SCAM
You will end up trying to talk to this lot if you, like me, drove down (but did not stop in) the drop off zone at Gatwick. (I'm writing this at 1 hour 2 minutes listening to the usual how important my call is nonsense).
I was trying to find the Gatwick Valet Parking area which was, even the valet agreed, VERY badly sign-posted. We told the valet that we'd driven down the drop off road and he said he'd get the "fine" waived ! He didn't. Times 24 UK Limited has acquired the business from NCP. Gatwick Parking just refused to accept that they had liability despite the appalling signage....

Not only do they not respond until weeks later, they then give a number that doesn’t even dial and then back to no responses to an email. I work at Gatwick, have a car registered for a drop off but instead we keep getting fines when the car is registered and appeal it but no response from the company whatsoever. What is going on?! I thought NCP were bad but this one just takes the biscuit
