Time Vault Gallery Reviews

In fact, it was the service that impressed me the most. The staff know very well what we need and what we want in the end. And they solve all the issues and difficulties quickly and efficiently.

Great service! When a shipping glitch developed they took care of it.

Many styles.
Lots of interesting accessories.
An unconventional approach.

Incredibly happy with my purchase. Bought a mosasaur half skeleton. There were some issues with shipping (at no fault to time vault). Byron went way above and beyond to correct these issues in an extremely professional manner. Will continue to give time vault my business in the future.

Extremely happy with every purchase I've made!

Very good communication. Very timely shipping, with reasonable rates. VERY knowledgeable. --Eric of Tucson

I ordered two fossils from Time Vault Gallery. They arrived as planned and were super well packed. The specimens were exactly as described on the web site and the accompanying description is very helpful. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for quality material. The items I purchased were described accurately and arrived promptly. I will definitely purchase again once Uncle Sam finishes taking a bite out of me. Fitting, as I just purchased a couple of Spinosaurus teeth :).

I love how I can call you guys and talk to someone who is actually very knowledgeable about the product. I collect many different time periods of history and appreciate that your company values its customers to prove your artifacts are genuine through traceability.

Over the years i have bought several fossils under the previous firm name and location and most recently from Time Vault.

Each item was high quality, as represented and totally great in every respect. Service, communications were extremely friendly, helpful and truly exceptional. Packaging was absolutely stellar.

Time Vault Gallery totally awesome!

Product came in well packed and exactly as described and pictured. I can’t wait to give it to my son.

Great stones -- arrived quickly and what was promised in the pictures!

Excellent service
Great artifacts

Got a beautiful hand ax made(most likely) by homo ergaster. It was exactly as described, wrapped and packed in a box stuffed with bubble wrap, and arrived in less than a week. They even refunded me $5 because the shipping ended up being less than what they originally charged. 😁

I would recommend to anyone looking for an artifact to check this place out.

My order came in exactly as pictured and was packaged very safely and securely. I received it quickly and got updates the whole way. I will definitely be purchasing other items from this company!

The Stromatolite Cyanobacteria Fossil was as described and arrived on time.

Excellent fossil material arrives in great shape!

Hermoso trabajo, el mejor proveedor al que le he pedido, excelente calidad

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I wanted green obsidian as an anniversary gift to my incredible wife but was wary because of the large numbers of fakes out there. This is an incredible piece and it’s real!
