Time Vault Gallery Reviews

I always feel comfortable ordering from Paleodirect. The items have always been as described and the certification of authenticity is always reassuring.
The packaging has always been excellent; the current purchase is no exception. Thank you.

Very Good transaction, Thank you !

The last three artefacts I purchased plugged a MAJOR hole in my "Walks of Ancient Man" display. The specimens were EXACTLY as described and provenance was ACCURATE! Love that Paleolithic patina and mineral deposits!!

This was my first time of ordering from Paleo Direct and it was an overwhelmingly uplifting experience. I have found them to be so helpful and informative. I am conservative and cautious by nature and only an amateur collector enthusiast so whilst I have wanted to buy a genuine Dinosaur fossil I felt my lack of experience exposed me to buying a non-genuine item. I am therefore so very pleased to discover Paleo Direct, as good as finding a fossil yourself ! they are experts in this field and gave me utter confidence. They are not just a seller they have their own lab to check and warrant the items that they sell, this ownership provides the assurance that I was looking for. Needless to say that my stunning purchase of a dinosaur tooth was shipped so expediently, packaged brilliantly and received in incredible time. The display case is a nice touch, one of many that you find with them. I am delighted it is glorious and will be treasured. I was so wary of receiving a questionable item that quite simply my collection will only be acquired through this select purveyor. Byron is a gent and wonderful to discuss the items with as his enthusiasm is contagious. I have my eye on several more items that they have in their shop and I would not hesitate to make further purchases in fact I am positively looking forward to doing so. Thank you for making my special purchase the pleasure and experience I hoped that it would provide.

Extremely helpful staff, you MAY not receive order confirmations on time (they are switching service providers and had some hiccups.) They were very responsive and sent me a copy of my confirmations right away. I also had an order mix up on my end (ordered wrong species...dumb I know.) I called and they changed everything no problem! Fossil came very well packaged and in great condition. I am very impressed and very happy with the service. Will definitely be buying more specimens in the future!!

Great selection, great prices and excellent customer service

Paleo Direct offers extremely fast shipping, even in these pandemic-plagued times, with high-quality products sure to please any fossil enthusiast.

Another great transaction...wonderful to deal with

Lovely specimen, carefully packed and shipped. Made a great surprise gift for my husband. Very satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Excellent and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend.

Super service: the paleo team noted combining my orders would reduce postage costs and did this themselves without prompting. They kept in touch with me through the whole process and were very friendly. Very quick posting of the order. This was for a delivery to the UK. Highly recommend - will shop with them again.

Best purchase EVER! Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff, beautiful pieces, perfect documentation, and quick shipping. I recommend enthusiastically!!!

Great customer service! Nice items at fair prices! Thank you!

This was my first time ordering from Paleo Direct, and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. Item was shipped within a couple of days of purchase, was as described, and was packed very well. Also came with a certificate of authenticity that includes relevant information about the item, as well as care instructions. Purchased as a gift for my Son and he was blown away. Thank you Paleo Direct!

Great artifact! Always professional every time!

The product was a gift for my husband. It was exactly as described and he absolutely loved that it came with a certificate of authenticity and in a beautiful display box with protective glass.
