Waited far too long for my item to arrive .It was supposed to be 8 stunt cars .The advert showed these cars doing amazing somersaults but they don’t actually do anything unusual .Assume if paid by PayPal it is a genuine company .Will certainly not be caught again

I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on 15 Dec, expecting it to be delivered before Christmas, it arrived 31st Dec.
I should have read the reviews before I placed the order as I wouldn’t have made the order.
I contacted the company about the late delivery and a quality of the product, the response I got was not very apologetic and advised me I could return the product at my own cost to an address in Austria! Which surprised me as I thought the company based in the UK.

I would not recommend this company at all.

One star given as not possible to give none! I ordered some track for my grandson on 3 December, finally arrived 31 December, far too late for his Christmas present.
Tracking kept saying 'in transit', two emails sent, both answers blaming high orders but confirming postage can take up to 12 days!! Not 28!
What a despicable company, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Christmas present for my grandson back in November. Nothing has arrived yet, despite emailing and getting replies saying it was on the way. I have now received an email saying its returned to sender. Complete scam company. Do NOT use. Eventually I have now received a refund but excluding postage and packing.

Zero for everything I ordered on 2/12/24 for Christmas after sending 3 emails finally arrived lunchtime 24/12/24 far too late for Christmas. Quality …Chinese rubbish when the company is advertised as UK I complained and told if I wanted a refund I had to send it to Austria at my expense. Final offer was 30% refund and I keep the rubbish. So beware DONT ORDER FROM THEM if you don’t want to get scammed.

I have the same experience with this company why hasn’t Facebook taken it off it is a scam company ordered some cars never arrived no email response and no refund avoid this company they are scammers

Placed an order on November 27 2024. Still waiting for it to arrive December 19th. They will not reply to my emails.

I bought a dinosaur car storage toy truck it was so tiny compared to the photo on the website. Does not work properly and is very badly made. Also it took just over a month to be delivered.

Again.....Wish I had read the reviews. haven't opened the boxes as it's a xmas present but boxes arrived battered on the one side..Messae to self ?? Don't buy at haste !!

Wish I’d checked trustpilot before I ordered - but luckily I checked before midnight on the day of my order. I emailed the company telling them I’d already contacted my bank to tell them I’d ordered something from a scam company - if you look at the websites terms and conditions it states you are able to email to cancel before 11:59pm on the day of order - a few a few emails back and forth they cancelled my order and 4 days later I’ve now received my refund. Hopefully this will help someone else out too to do the same!

Appalling company. Ordered toy for grandson and in spite of many emails asking when it would be delivered, absolutely nothing happens. I’ve asked for my money back but no joy for that either. DONT go near this company.

Absolutely horrendous experience - took weeks and weeks to arrive and quality is appalling. Not only that but it is false advertising as the products look much larger in the photos than they are in reality. I feel as if I’ve been duped by a UK looking website (and website address) which is actually a cheap Chinese company. Never again!

Tried tracking, what a joke, no tracking with number supplied. Sent a dozen emails no reply, starting to come to terms this is a SCAM and this company will defraud anyone who orders from them
I will be contacting local Trading Standards and my bank!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible; order confirmation at the time it was placed. Nothing since. I sent several emails, but no reply at all.
Worried this is a scam.

Veldig sen levering! Bestilte søndag, pakken ble meldt inn til posten tirsdag, men ikke levert til de før tirsdagen etter. Dermed tok det nesten to uker å få pakken. Sendte to mail, men fikk ingen svar. Nettbutikken har ingen sosiale medier der du kan få tak i de heller. Fremstår veldig useriøst. Fikk pakken til slutt og produktet var som oppgitt, men kommer aldri til å handle her igjen.
