The ordering process was fairly straightforward; however, I need to raise a serious concern regarding the delivery service used.
The tires were not delivered to the correct address, nor were they placed at my door as expected. Instead, they were left three buildings away in a common area without any notification or confirmation of delivery location.
As a result, it took me three days to locate the items. During that time, based on guidance from your customer service representative, I was preparing to contact law enforcement to report the tires as stolen due to their missing status.
This situation reflects a significant breakdown in delivery handling and creates unnecessary risk and inconvenience for your customers. I request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar occurrences moving forward.

aweful! overseas assistance with no capability of connecting you with somebody who can help. They read from Books and are not trained
at the bottom of my review it says unsolicited review which is untrue. I tried to give a bad review and it took me to their website so I gave a good review and it took me to trust pilot where I was able to give an authentic review. The reason you see no bad reviews is because all the bad reviews go directly to them to review and the good reviews go here.
