Website bot is confusing with incomplete explanation of the process of getting tires on the vehicle. Had to make phone calls for guidance. Seems the bot may need more training.

Well like doing business with yall I received a order last week it was the wrong size tire the tires I ordered weeks before was a perfect fit of course when ordering those it said only one size will fit if I'm ordering for same car why do I have the wrong size tire I think th exchange for the right should be simple

Was a speedy ordering and delivery process.

Wpuld have been 5 if no additional fee to return the unused tpms sensors as my car doesn't use them. They are unused and was an option to buy when I was purchasing the wheels. But come mounting they were not needed.

40 bux to return looks a bit steep and nickel and diming..... other than that O am satisfied with my order.

I got my tires the very next day. Somehow i got wrong size. The return was pretty simple despite Fed Ex. There was a big problem with them picking them up as i could not lift them, which is tuen caused w hole ripple affect. It did get straightened out. And very pleased.
Did talk to an employee and i did let her know in future i would order again. And told her with any returns in this area use UPS as they are the same driver daily.
Just make sure when you put tire size in, you dont do a me and not notice the size didf when it says vehicle fit as mine has 3 diff sizes depending on model:)

I ordered tires at what I thought was a good price. Shipping was fast. After I received the tires I noticed that three of the four tires were older tires (almost 4 years old). I contacted them about the issue. It took them a couple days to email me back and wanted more info. After multiple emails, sending multiple pictures, and multiple weeks they decided to replace my tires. After agreeing, they wanted more pictures and more info which I provided before they would send shipping labels. It takes me four days to return the tires to FedEx (two of which was the weekend) and they send me an email telling me they are closing my case because they have not seen that the tires have shipped yet. I promptly responded informing them the tires were shipped that same day they sent the email. It took them two days to respond that my order will be updated when the replacement tires ships. I waited ten days to respond since I never heard back from them. When they responded two days later, they informed me that my tires were no longer in stock and offered a partial refund for the three tires I sent back. After replying that this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a manager about the situation, I was contacted days later by phone. I was reassured he could help and they could exchange them with a comparable tire. There idea of a comparable tire was a cheap set of Chinese tires compared to the Toyo tires I purchased. Once again I replied that this was unacceptable and gave them my own options on tires I would accept as comparable (Toyo and Nitto brand). They refused to make things right because the price of the tires I suggested was higher than what I paid for my original set I purchased. This whole deal has been strung out almost three months. I am still without tires and no deal can be met. I will never buy tires from them again and I recommend nobody does. Three months of nothing but headache. Do yourself a favor and find a discount tire. They actually care about customer service.

I was contacted by Marianne about my experience. She was very polite and concerned with my issue. She tried to help resolve this issue, but unfortunately she could not. The company and her management would not allow her to take of their customer which is a shame. I really enjoyed talking with her and her concern to make things right. Tire Agent again showed their true colors and would not take care of the customer and make things right.
Again I say, please find a better company to purchase tires from like Discount Tire or Firestone. They actually care about their customers. Tire Agent does not and proved it.
