As a competent but not expert hosting customer, I found the 100Mb email inboxes too small for my family (everything important) email addresses. Two email addresses had too much content.
Due to the advertising of a significant larger capacity with Titan I opted for the upgrade on Bluehost for £17.
Then I discovered this only covers a single email address on a domainand I had to buy another upgrade for one of my sons.
THEN I discover as the result of a popup, that you have to alter your DNS MX settings to route the entire domain email through Titan.
This means that You can't have:
myname @ somedomainDOTcom on titan
Without paying the same £17 for every single email address you want for @ somedomainDOTcom

I've been using Titan's services for about month. We acquired new email addresses in our domain, use the web an phone apps for inboxes, sending mail, etc., and use the SMTP service to send mail via our website. The services were ordered and set up through Name.com. The setup process (DNS configuration, etc.) was easy to follow. The services work well. The apps are good. Emails are received quickly. One caveat is that the "transactional" service for sending email via SMTP requires that you disable 2FA when logging into the inbox apps. This is an understandable security precaution. To circumvent this, we are looking into a different provider for just the transactional service.

Titan is Reliable. I have used them for about three years for about three business emails and have found their services to be dependable. Email reputation with my domain is also good. No complaints here, as I can easily access my mail on both my phone and laptop at a much cheaper rate than Gmail.

I might say they try to sell me more advanced offers, so that kinda got a bit distracting, but overall, lovely experience so far.

It's so supportive to get help. I just visited the Titan Support page, and an AI assistant was there to help me understand my issue. Then, they connected me to someone who was so patient and able to resolve my issue in one sitting.

Time efficiency and timely updates whenever you have new features. This app is also easy to use. Being the first time to use, I didn't struggle, got used to it and eventually fall in love with it.

Titan is equiped with all the necessary application that helps you move forward. Using AI for making professional mails. helps you create your mailbox in few minutes. Personally, I'm not very proficient with computing but this tool don't need you be so. It hepls with the very minimum knowledge you have without having a high knowledge in IT. In case you are a self small company creator or WFH, this tool is the ONE you should use.
