Overall, I have had a positive experience with the Titan software. I receive my emails on a timely basis. No real downtime to this point. I would recommend using Titan.

To my considerable disappointment, I was forced by Bluehost to move my email to Titan, for a considerable extra cost, with only one email address instead of about five. This was caused by Bluehost, without any notification, cutting its mailbox sizes by about 80%

And that's when the real fun starts.

Now I find that the functionality of Titan is so poor that I cannot block email, and I cannot divert it to an external email account - vital to me and fully functional before with Bluehost.

I have raised this issue with Titan, which appears to have no customer service function, but guards itself with AI bots.

I strongly advise people to stay away from Titan. They and their buddies at Bluehost, have made my life a misery because I now get junk to my phone that I simply cannot stop. It's just beyond belief.

Throughout my time using Titan Mail, I have been consistently impressed by the reliability and clarity of the platform, as well as the warmth, patience, and professionalism of your support staff.

Even during a transition away from Titan, I was met with courtesy, expert guidance, and genuine care, which is something that is increasingly rare in the world of tech services.

I run a small not for profit community enterprise and use titan with my wordpress acount.

Someone has been spoofing my email address and sending spam. However its easily proved it wasnt me as the mails do not appear in any outbox, and in russian and from and IP address far from mine.

But still they ban my account meaning i cant talk to my clients.

Am now looking to move elsewhere. anywhere.

It wasn't really a Titan app problem. It was more of an issue with our internet provider but their staff has assisted me thoroughly until the problem was resolved.

A lucid and comprehensible dashboard make for an easy user experience, with added features able to be tailored to choice; this all adds up to a great email platform.

I was attended to quickly, and all of my questions were resolved.

I recently encountered an issue with my Titan email, where it wouldn't open and only displayed a blank screen. I reached out to the help desk, and they provided some helpful tips to resolve the matter. Fortunately, I was able to fix it within minutes!Thank you!
