DO NOT USE TITAN.
Bloody piece of shit.
For weeks, we cannot receive/send emails, NOTHING works.
Only mobile version works - with delay.
Hostinger or ZOHO could easily beat Titan.

The reply is attentive and it solves my needs, they also ensure the issue is solved

Our website is pretty straightforward, so we just need a basic email on that part but somehow Tital Email delivered beyond that. We love the template navigation, email tracking, and friendly user-experience features it had for us.

pop ups. zero deliverability. they mark my emails as spam and force me to use captcha, then sometimes they send the email sometimes not. really slow UI. just overall trash company. cool name though.

by far the shittiest email and customer support (laughable to call it that) i've ever experienced. migrating out of this piece of shit service. dont do it guys. just dont. we are migrating now to google workspace but only after total exasperation for us and our customers. cant even give it 1 star legit. titan email deserves -1000 stars.

I have been using Titan mail for the last two years, it has been improving steadily. I use both the mobile and the desktop app. I teach online, so I send lots of Zoom invites for live group or private lessons every day. The templates and email tracking tools are indispensable for me, especially when sending an email to a group of people. The only thing that would make this better would be, if the templates could be reordered in the list. It would make the templates much easier to find. The customer service is responsive and helpful when trying to resolve a problem.
