For me the most important thing is that the platform is always available and avoid spam.

Titan has enabled me to send emails without fear of phishing of leakages. So far, it beat all the other email domains that I have interacted with. I strongly recommend business owners to consider using Titan Emails.

Lovely. Easy to open

This is by far the dumbest email service I have ever used. The email bounce back limit and suspension are unrealistic policies that demonstrate how completely detached they are from daily business operations. How do you know in advance whether or not an email address is still active? Do you honestly believe your customers have time to sit around and make up email addresses so they would deliberately bounce back? It's frustrating enough to know an email address is no longer active, but it's maddening when your email service provider is blaming you for intentionally doing it.

Easy to use platform and helpful Support Team.

Titan Mail has been working well for me so far. It's easy to use and does what I need. I had a small issue and the support team was quick and helpful – really appreciated that.

Fixed my issue in no time. Very helpful. Great guidance. All working well with my email and website.

I paid for a year but the email never worked. I sent many emails asking for them to fix and they did not respond. When I asked for a refund and cancelled my account, I was told it was outside of the refund dates! Do not recommend.

Titan Email promised permanent FREE access to premium features (then part of their Titan Max plan) during a promotion in 2021 as part of being with Hostinger. They reneged on this and retroactively started restricting these features (including a reduced send limit) unless you paid for one of their overpriced plans. They have proven they don't honor their word to customers, and Hostinger's continued affiliation with them has prompted me to search for a new hosting service and email provider.

To be honest, I was enjoying using the Titan email, but I am switching to Google Workspace because they suspended my account for 24 hours since more than 5 or 10 emails were bounced. This is jeopardizing work!

This company provides email services to scammers who steal money.
They are basically allowing companies like Ton Ton Shipping Containers who is a fake company at this website below to steal money. Beware of this company!

Titan is absolutely useless. I had my desktopapp with 2 accounts disappear misteriously and the helpdesk has nu clue how to fix it. Change your password, is as far as they got over the last 2 weeks. Luckily someone is is able to log in, using my data, so I retrieved everything important. Simply use Gmail, it´s free AND reliable.

Request to all member do not waste your money and your time to purchase there webmail.
1) They block my all client email.
2) They do not solve my issue very very slow support team and there all member.
3) Poor service.

Limited email software. Struggle with basic templates and other tools which, in contrast, Outlook offers in full. V limited opportunities to create custom links on ready made signature templates. I have used Titan email for a few months now and am considering going back to Outlook.

La app a menudo no me deja contestar emails. El texto te lo estrecha y comprime, haciendo los emails larguísimos. El scroll es horroroso. Cuando quieres ir a un email anterior en la serie te marea muchísimo. Con tantos proveedores de email aceptables que hay todo esto no debería ser difícil de solucionar, ¿no?

Very slow support. Cannot make it work due its slow DNS propagation. Avoid it and pick a realiable service.
