These people are scam artist
These people are scam artist. I bought an extended warranty and 6 months later I sold the vehicle and here it is 30 days after I requested a refund of the unused portion of the 4 year warranty and they are still playing games. Well their game playing is over . I will contact New Mexico AG office and let them handle it.
Everything they have requested I have provided. Anyway what difference does it make to whom I sold it to and how many miles were on it, Just a delay tactic. They said according to contract it takes 30 days for refund. Nope Nope Nope. Show me where it states that. Theses people are very much the scum of the earth.

Process is straight forward; the price is competitive and the Sales and Customer service were very helpful. This my initial purchase and have not had a claim.

These guys are sleezy scam artists
These guys are sleezy scam artists(just my opinion). First I notice none of there reviews are about settling claims just selling warranty insurance. They are not licensed to sell insurance either. I would encourage all of you to join me in contacting New Mexicos Attorney general for investigation into fraudulent business Practices. In the last 15 months my check engine lights came on 5 different time everyone of them denied. It appears that this company dosent even go by Titan auto warranty, infact they have had several names in the short 15 months that I have attempted to file 5 claims with them.

You took your car from the shop when we wanted to inspect the failure. Your shop stated they don't do teardowns. You had the car repaired, then said ok now come look at it? We were denied the option to review the claim under industry standards. Lastly, we are not an insurance company and have over 41.com sites, they are not different names, they are different sites.We are A+ rated by the BBB and uphold our business practices in high regard.

The various conditions that the contract requires you to do such as notifying them prior to bringing your car to a mechanic, the ability of the company to move your car to a different facility of their choice made me decide not to go with them. I choose to go with the manufacturers extended warranty and their service plan. All I have to do is drop off the car and everything is covered no loopholes, no keeping records.

Rest assured your MFG extended service plans have the same content language. They will verify if you maintain your vehicle to the MFG standards.
We ask to speak with our policyholders to make sure the complaint or issue our beloved policyholder is having matches what the repair shop or dealer is claiming.
We exercise the right to move the vehicle if the shop demonstrates the non-ability to address the issue or tried to charge our policyholder "extra fees."
In 2020-current we haven't moved one vehicle to another shop.
Thanks for allowing us to clarify the industry standards and how we run the org.
