The service is Phenomenal
The service is Phenomenal, and right on time. Thanks to Joseph at Titan Auto! He was very cordial to talk with, answered all my questions. I asked about a military discount he need to talk with his boss and returned my call within 5 minutes. I was granted a great discount. All the paperwork was completed and within an hour my vehicle was covered for three years.

Stay far away from this company
Stay far away from this company. You can't even speak with a live person and they give you a run around constantly, you can only email and they have a call center. Horrible customer service, the sales person convince you to purchase the highest coverage and then they don't cover anything and leave you stranded,no offer of a rental car,which clearly states they do. Horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to this company.
I have never experienced such horrible treatment before the only reason why I gave them a try is because my previous company warranty was expiring and they were phenomenal and actually have a 24 hour claim service that you can call and speak to a human being. My claims were approved within 48 hours of submitting it,no issues,easy process. I truly will go back to them for my next vehicle.

Since 1997 we have conducted business using the same processes and maintain an A+ rating. Standards that protect our dealers, repair shops, and policyholders from misuse, abuse, and fraud.
Anytime anyone calls 24/7/365 you speak with a human.
We don’t rent cars for our policyholders. No company does due to liability. Just like your insurance company you are reimbursed for a rental upon claim approval. This language and offer are on our site clearly stated and in the contract.
Our company culture is everything is done in writing and transparent on our website(s) with exhibits of all coverages, terms, and conditions. One of the underwriting guidelines is that we require shops to be certified and professional in submitting detailed diagnostics and pricing detail for a claim via a "repair order."
Our ASE master tech adjusters review everything in writing, including 3rd party inspection reports we require the process is done in writing only to avoid "he said, she said."
We are the only administrator of service contracts that offers an appeal process for any denied claims which involves high-level management to assure our standards are met on every communication.

The service is excellent
The service is excellent, and right on time when I needed it the most! Thanks, Titan Auto! When I notified Titan Auto about my car problem, they said the problem would be covered and they worked with the Service Manager at the Ford Dealership. The rep in claims was very professional and helpful. My Ford was repaired and serviced and I am very pleased with my experience.
