Ordered a 24v Range Rover for a birthday present for my little girl. I called before ordering to ask about estimated delivery time frames as I had left it quite close to the special day before deciding to go ahead, and the lovely gentleman on the phone got the car out whilst he was on the phone to me, ready for dispatch in the afternoon. It arrived the next day, well packaged, all parts accounted for. Cannot recommend Titan Toys enough!

Messaged the company at 5.15am and Richie (owner) answered immediately . He explained he was an early bird and always started early. He imparted great knowledge and explained various 24v utv cars and their specifications .i was confident in his expertise and willingness to spend time with me . I'm now awaiting for the 4x4 24v can am maverick arriving Monday 7th April . My grandchildren can't wait . I will follow up a further review of the product but ,,,,,

Very happy with the company, delivered on time and when I had a problem connecting the steering rod I called them and they helped me over the phone, little lad loves the drift kart all his friends are jealous and now are asking their parents for one, definitely made his christmas day,

After ordering a similar car from another store, and it arriving damaged—not once, but twice I was skeptical about trying again, but these guys delivered flawlessly. They saved my son’s birthday! I ordered an electric car, which arrived in perfect condition, carefully packed and delivered on a pallet. The quality of the car exceeded my expectations. Before purchasing, I called them to get some advice, and they were incredibly helpful, providing all the information I needed without any pressure to buy.
I also requested express delivery with a one-day dispatch delay, and they accommodated my request without any issues. I’d gladly buy from them again.

We bought a swing set for my daughter from Titan Toys. Cannot fault the company. Dispatch within the indicated time. Delivery next day after dispatch. The swing is of great quality and was an immediate hit. Would highly recommend Titan Toys

Recently ordered a Vulcan Carbon for my son's 4th birthday, ordered a little late on the weekend as sons birthday was the following Wednesday. Called on the Monday on the off chance they may be able to get to me for the Wednesday and spoke to a very lovely, helpful guy who explained they get shipped from somewhere else and take 5 business days so he could get here that week but not for Wednesday, as I say I called on the off chance and was fine with this.
Low and behold Wednesday comes, I drop my son at Pre-School and an hour later it arrived, plenty of time for us to charge it and setup before I had to collect him at 3.
The car is amazing! He has spent so much time driving it around with his 5 year old sister, they love it. It was easy to put together, incredibly robust, the battery lasts long enough for them to come back and park it up before it's run out, having driven around on rough terrain with the sound system going for hours.
Brilliant product and great customer service, would definitely recommend both this product and Titan Toys in general, cannot fault and will buy from again in the future.
