I have used TokenTax for a number of years and I am always satisfied with their service and product. This year Kerri helped me figure out a few issues. Would definitely recommend for calculating crypto taxes

I've worked with TokenTax over 5 years now with good results. This year was particularly tricky because I moved and that change my taxes drastically. I was able to schedule multiple calls with Alex Townsend to get my taxes straightened out. Alex was absolutely incredible. He is a great communicator and he was very patient with me. Was a rough start initially, partly due to a confusing phone call with TokenTax, but also partly because of my ignorance with all things crypto tax. I was frustrated, Demi showed up and got me through all the headaches of crypto taxation. For real, I had physical headaches. I got responses even on weekends which is insane, and response times of less than 24 hours over e-mail. Just today I finished filing on the tax extension deadline, they were still able to respond quickly. Now with a clear mind and taxes filed, I can start learning more about how this taxation stuff works for crypto and hopefully next year I'll have exactly zero headaches.

During Tax Year 2022, I had a particularly tricky set of transactions due to one protocol which changed its security ID and another which went out of business. I was able to schedule a 1:1 session with Samantha. Samantha was absolutely incredible. She was a great communicator and extremely savvy with the numbers. I've worked with TokenTax for the past 4 years using their VIP package. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my taxes are handled efficiently, and optimally.

They've been able to provide top notch support in areas of crypto ranging from trading majors on CEXs, to defi on various chains including Ethereum, Solana, Fantom, Avalanche, Polygon, and more.

Additionally, they've been especially helpful for me, as I also do smart contract dev work on the side of my full-time job, so they were also able to help me with this work, getting paid in ETH.

Lastly, I've worked with TokenTax not only for my crypto-based income, but also for my day job working as a software engineer. They've been able to effectively handle filing my taxes with all sources of income (w-2 dev job, and also crypto income).

Would highly recommend TokenTax - they have consistently provided me with excellent service, and I plan to continue working with them for years to come.

I've tried other crypto accounting software & they've been a joke. TokenTax works really well & whenever I've had an issue or confusion their support has been excellent, issue is always resolved quickly.

Great software and fantastic Customer support. The software keeps improving and adding new coins, exchanges and wallets. Customer service is real people quickly responding and answering your questions clearly and with excellent links to more details. I've learned so much about crypto and having a resource like Tokentax for such an affordable price has made it that much more understandable. Thanks everyone!

This is the fourth year Token Tax has filed my return . I have found everyone there great and so easy to work with . I tried doing my own crypto taxes and gave up after about a day or two. I had over 6k transactions and it was an absolute nightmare trying to do it on my own. I've been a VIP TokenTax user for years and it is 100% worth it to take that off my plate. They have excellent communication and have always been very very friendly and helpful. They do a phenomenal job and I can't imagine using anyone else for my crypto taxes.
