Tomassini Arredamenti Reviews

Personale competente, capace di trovare soluzioni. Ottima assistenza

I had a great experience with Tomassini. Not only do they have a wide selection and their prices competitive, their service is amazing. They respond in a timely manner and are able to be flexible with requests - big shoutout to Deborah and her team! I ordered my sofa with them and my renovations were delayed, so I had asked if they are able to store the sofa in their warehouse and shift back the delivery date which they were able to do for me. Their white glove service is also great - they were super nice and very professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use Tomassini again!

The whole team is incredibly reliable …Have been in contact with Deborah in particular, she is over the top with communication. I just received the Ghost cover I ordered (GERVASONI) and I am extremely satisfied. Will do business with Tomassini again without any doubt. Thanks✨

Great service from this team. Would use them when ever we are looking for high quality furniture.

What shall i say, can‘t be better…
Thank you very much!

I'm writing this review to laud the exceptional service and remarkable product quality provided by Tomassini Arredamenti Furniture. The splendid table I ordered was not only of the highest caliber but also delivered with utmost care and professionalism.

Tomassini kept in touch with B and B Italia for over 2 years, keeping count of the time that was passing by making this incredible table. Given the delay Tomassini also got us a discount which I found was admirable of them.

From the moment I ordered, the team at Tomassini proved to be responsive, accommodating, and customer-focused. The delivery was timely, and the table arrived in pristine condition, reflecting the attention given to its packaging and handling.

Tomassini Arredamenti Furniture exceeded all expectations. Their stunning product and standout service truly set them apart in the furniture industry. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-tier furniture and a seamless shopping experience.

Famiglia, ecco cosa abbiamo trovato entrando dentro l’azienda Tomassini Arredamenti.

At first I was a bit skeptical buying from Italy and having it sent to Hong Kong but the folks at Tomassini Arredamenti put me in touch with others who had also shipped furniture over to HK and that assurance (plus the great prices) was what made me put in the order. I bought the sofa and ottoman of my dreams! The prices all in (including shipping and HK port to home delivery fees which is not included in their fees) are about half of what I would pay in Hong Kong.

The only thing is you do have to wait (I waited almost 5-6 months from production/checking goods at port in italy/shipping/port logistics in home country/delivery to home). There was a month delay as there was a tear in the material when it was delivered to the shipping port and they had to redo the cover (thank goodness Tomassini Arredamenti checked!) but hey for half the price I'm willing to wait.

Would definitely do it again.

Everything was amazing from responsiveness to helping us select the products to managing logistics. Great team and great pricing. Will always be my number one supplier for furnishing.
