Conosco l'Azienda Tomassini Arredamenti da oltre venti anni e ad essa ho affidato la progettazione e la realizzazione degli interni di diverse abitazioni, l'ultima delle quali del tutto recente, con risultati sempre eccellenti. I requisiti che distinguono l'Azienda sono la competenza e la grande professionalità, ogni progettazione è frutto di riflessione e di una analisi accurata dell'ambiente oltre che di uno scambio di opinioni che ha sempre consentito di raggiungere risultati condivisi eccellenti. Nel contesto della competenza tecnica e del raggiungimento del risultato assume rilievo anche l'apporto artistico creativo del suo fondatore, Sandro Tomassini, che costituisce un valore aggiunto sicuramente non comune in questo settore.

I ordered some furniture through Tomassini because there wasn't a huge selection in the city I live in. Everyone from the interior designer who put the order together for me, to the customer support that handled the shipment were excellent. Great communication from their side and no problems.

Supporto alla vendita efficiente e preciso. Mi sono tornati con un preventivo molto velocemente e hanno risposto a tutte le domande in maniera accurata. Sono stati sempre presenti e precisi, quello che hanno detto hanno fatto.

Excellent service overall, very happy with the professionalism of the staff. I purchased 5 sofas, stools and coffee tables and they arrived overseas in perfect condition, all packaged and documented meticulously. Pricing was also very competitive on most items.

Two reasons for the 4 star instead of 5 star. (1) I requested some material swatches after having ordered the goods and it wasn’t possible to have them unless asking for them before the order had been confirmed, and (2) the choice of material of cushions wasn’t great at all as I had relied on the interior designer and in fact I have had to change 8 or so pillows as it just didn’t look right. My mistake on relying on another eye to select fabric, but it would have expected a little more on this.

Da anni mi avvalgo della Ditta Tomassini nelle scelte di arredo sia per le mie abitazioni ad uso privato che per gli spazi aziendali uso uffici. L'Architetto Andrea, uno dei fratelli titolari, mi guida con il suo gusto, la sua sensibilità al design contemporaneo, la sua sempre aggiornata conoscenza dei prodotti interpretando a pieno le mie esigenze. Un tratto distintivo che riconosco loro è l'assistenza post vendita: anche a distanza di anni dall'acquisto, non ti abbandonano, sono sempre pronti a fornire assistenza al verificarsi di un problema. Sono inoltre puntuali e celeri nella consegna ed un particolare plauso va dato anche al suo team.

Il nostro referente Gianluca si è dimostrato competente e attento alle nostre esigenze,
ha seguito i lavori per verificare il montaggio sino alla fine.

Dopo 15 anni ....si 15 anni, ho avuto dei piccoli problemi al battiscopa che si staccava causa rottura fermi in plastica ed alla lavastoviglie che nessuna assistenza Candy aveva saputo aggiustarmi .... Contatto Tomassini Arredamenti spiegando i miei problemi ed il Signor Andrea, persona davvero squisita mi segnala che quando i suoi operai sarebbero stati in zona li avrebbe mandati a dare uno sguardo.
Dopo circa una settimana gli addetti mi giungono a casa e con pazienza gentilezza e solerzia mi riparano tutti i guasti.
Sono passati tutti questi anni ma la signorilità e la qualità dei materiali fanno ancora fortemente parte di questa azienda.
Nessun costo mi è stato addebitato.
Per me i numeri 1 !!.

Super performance from everyone involved! We required much professional help and patience in choosing the items and fabrics without actually seeing them (or trying the furniture out).

We got the best possible professional contacts (names deserve mention but not allowed here) and indeed the best products to fit with our home, wishes taste and needs.

It may not be easy to trust making an order from another country but everything(!); human relations, products, packing and shipping was on the highest standards.

The staff in the company is very nice and responsible.

Brilliant experience dealing with the Tomassini team. They were so patient and professional during the sales process with our endless questions. The product was shipped from Italy without any hiccups ... with them giving us an update every step of the way. Our lovely sofa arrived in impeccable condition.
