I must admit we did have some initial apprehension about using a furniture company on the other side of the world . But the experience was absolutely faultless . Brilliant service from start to finish
We were referred to Tomassini by friends in Australia. Our order for a sofa, 10 dining chairs, and two side tables was placed on 21 September 2023 and received on April 2nd 2024. It was originally scheduled for February but was held up by a pre-Christmas delay at the supplier's. We were kept informed about the delay every step of the way with warm, courteous emails and staff did all they could to rush shipment for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Product inquiry was very good. Replies to my questions were all very detailed and timely.
The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the shipping process. I wished I would know before hand that additional approval process is needed in Taiwan for importing dollar value over US$20,000 per invoice. I would have split products into 2 invoices and that would save me some time. But appreciate customer services’ help and follow ups after the shipping delays.
