We are very pleased with our new internal doors, they have beaten our expectations and are a wonderful addition to our home; they have already had lots of compliments. Robert, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about his craft. He took the time to explain all the options to the client and helped them choose the perfect windows for there home, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work and it absolutely shows.

The windows themselves are fantastic: beautifully made, energy-efficient and just what the client was after.

BEWARE - do not trust. I took Rob Beckett to court. He charged me £10,000 VAT when he shouldn’t have. Instead of paying this to HMRC or paying me back he pocketed the money. I received judgement however could not enforce as he immediately put the company into liquidation. No warranty, no comeback, no integrity

As you can see from his website, he removes negative reviews, hence the low score. Keep in mind we won our court case so he still owes us £10,000 yes £10,000 pounds

Rob the boss is absolutely wonderful. From start to finish he has guided us in everything. We have ended up with a pristine job. Windows, bifolds, front door and porch. His work is second to none....he is very conscientious and wr are so pleased with everything.

My experience with Toucan was really good , I’d definitely recommend them. I’d chosen my door style (Origin Soho) and Toucan were suggested as the most local to supply and fit. The order process was remarkably quick and installation happened exactly when scheduled. The guys worked like crazy on the install day and cleared up after themselves. Seamless! Very happy with the results.

When I ever I choose to refurbish a different home over the years, I am always particular about not just the choice of a product, but also of the finish.
When I was looking for bi-folds & windows I contacted Toucan, as they are a premier fitter of quality windows by Origin, which what I was looking for. Their understanding of my requirements & their advice accordingly shone through in the initial face to face meeting we had. A key aspect that reassured of my choice to go with them.
Various welcomed discussions continued right up to the day of fitting, which followed on detailed surveys on site.
For the duration of the actual fitting, I witnessed both precision & attention to detail in how their installation took place, such that the finished result was indeed excellent.
Not just that, their tidiness on site both during and after shows the extent of a quality service.
Rob & his team proved to be both diligent & exceptional through the whole process from start to finish.
So would I recommend Toucan (and Origin windows & doors) & use them again? - certainly. And have already made a recommendation to a friend.

From first point of contact to installation, Rob and team have been efficient and professional and the installation is of a high standard. Touchan glass have a good show room, which meant we could go and see the exact doors we wanted, which is important when parting with a large sum of money. Rob listened to what we were after and tailored the design to our requirements onsite, as a result Origin OB36 doors look particularly good.

Toucan now on our third project together and we just about to agree two more orders. Would highly recommend.

We had all of our glazing fitting by Toucan. From start to finish, everything was made easy and clear! From the measuring up processes to the installation, everything was very well organised and even at times when we changed our mind on certain areas throughout the project, they were always accommodating.

Having worked with Rob on multiple project, his work is always of the right standard, efficient and cost effective. Would always recommend.

I was really impressed with the Company’s efficiency. I was looking for a front door and I was given a wide range of styles and colours to choose from at competitive prices. I was advised by Rob that if I had my door fitted the other way around, then I would have more space in my porch.
The Company turned up on time, and fitted by door, making a few adjustments and tidied up after themselves.
I now have a lovely, solid front door and a porch that now has more room.
I thoroughly recommend this Company. You won’t be disappointed

Toucan glass did a fantastic job installing our 6 metre pocket doors.
They were very professional from start to finish.
Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble.
After care was also good as if any problems they will put them right.
I would highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone that was thinking of getting specialist windows or doors.
You are in safe hands and will get an excellent job completed by professionals.

Rob and his team were great, right through the process from design to installation. He answered any questions I had and any issues that came up were resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Rob was fantastic he removed our French doors and the frame so we could get a machine our of our house as it was to large for the doors. He refitted the French doors and frame better than the original builder and put new trim all around the frame and made to doors shut perfect. Great job highly recommend 👏 👌 👍
