So I'll edit this so people can see, after a bit of 2 and fro and a few emails etc sent, I received both of my items. I'm relieved I got them but I don't think I'll ever buy from them again
So far my experience has been rubbish I will update this until there is an outcome either way, but had I seen the reviews first I would never have ordered from here, so I spent £105 on 2 Douglas dogs for my daughter for her Xmas/birthday depending on the time it took, so more so her birthday, anyway ordered paid for it with my credit card and received an email saying they would contact me once shipped the next day same again and then the radio silence, I have now emailed twice and no reply it's been 5 days with not a word from them, or a tracking number or anything really, i will email again and if I receive no reply I will have my credit card taken back the money, so far this is a scam# UK-TC#P287772231

Company gives the false impression that they are a UK company based in the UK. Items are actually shipped from the US, so avoid if you were hoping to receive anything in time for Christmas.

I was concerned after placing my order as it came in from USA which I wasn’t aware of upon ordering BUT no need to worry, the customer services where exceptionally helpful and my order has arrived in time for Christmas 😊 Wouldn’t hesitate to order again
Ordered a Christmas present from the website and a week later was advised that the product was out of stock. I paid £136.35 for the original order and was offered a £27 alternative of a completely different toy. I responded to say that I wanted a refund since my original order was not available and the company have refused to issue a full refund of the toy that was falsely advertised, instead offering a voucher worth 35% of my order value. This is just theft. The refund policy on the website states that they'd offer full refunds however in this instance, they are simply refusing to do so.
I am horrified by the customer service and by the business practice. I'd advise anyone to stay very far away from this website, which is clearly falsely advertising products that they did not have in the first place and exploiting people.
Update 18/12/2024: whilst the company have responded to my review to advise that they are going to offer a 'corrective solution' they have still failed to refund my purchase, instead consistently offering alternative and poor suggestions to avoid repaying the money that they have taken under false pretenses. I have multiple emails confirming that I want to be refunded and many replies from toyscentral saying that my response is noted however no actual confirmation of a refund being processed. The company have also requested that I remove my review if they offer a refund, which is worrying when considering how many times they have done exactly this and tried to manipulate people to remove accurate reviews so that they can continue to scam people. Again, I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from this website which clearly is not a legitimate business if they act in this format.

Kept up to date with tracking
I've been looking for a certain toy for my grandson who is autistic. I had searched toy stores and online for almost a year without success. I came across Toy Central and for delighted to find this toy. Considering I'm in a different country the whole process from purchase to delivery was very well done. I would recommend toy central and will also use again. Toy was also excellent quality.
The gloves were far better than we expected
This company are a SCAM. I feel such an idiot. Confirmation email received. Then nothing! I went on to the website and found the confirmation page of my order. Everyday the wording on my confirmation updated with that days date. That alerted me that something was not right. Promise of a response within 3 hours …….. I cancelled my payment with the bank and raised a dispute. Two days later a phone call from a withheld number. Trying to talk me out of continuing with my dispute and the product was being sent that day. As if. They just wanted me to cancel my payment dispute…. Avoid at all costs

Place my order on the 11th October with an expected delivery date of 20th October. By the 21st October I had not received my order nor any form of communication from the supplier. I watched the DHL tracking daily. Not at any point was it indicated my product was coming from the USA. I used the contact us on the 21st October to enquire where my order was to receive an automated response saying someone would be in contact in 3 hours. I AM STILL WAITING! Order arrived 25th October!

Ordered item only for it to not arrive. I chased them up about it and they claimed it had been delivered. I told them no it hadn't and they sent me email showing mi a pin drop on map with pin on different street and a picture of package by someone else's door. I told them they delivered to wrong street and that wasn't my door, they asked to confirm my address so I did and they confirmed they'd delivered to wrong address and offered me a few options. First option was to resend item to me, which at first I accepted but then a few days later they told me item was no longer available and asked me if I'd accept another item instead. At that point I said no and asked them to refund me in full. They then offered me a few options one being a voucher to use on their website, another of a partial refund or full refund to bank. I told them full refund to bank, they then said it would take 3 to 5 days to clear in bank. 3 days later they emailed me to say item was back available and asking if I wanted them to resend it! I replied I was expecting a full refund and not to send it as I wanted a refund. This company has done nothing but mess me around for the past month. I've now put a claim in via my bank now as I'm fed up of being messed around by this company.

Ordered at the start of September. Heard nothing about shipping, when I chased on the 16th they said the order was cancelled on the 13th as it was out of stock, but was in stock when we ordered it. Now have a very rushed week to get my son’s present in time for his birthday. No refund yet from this scam company

Not sure if switoys is part if this organisation but order arrived after 15 days and is rubbish and since ordering have had bank accounts opened in my name this has been reported to the National fraud intelligence bureau
Everyone be careful who you order from this company said based in Sutton Coldfield definitely not!
