I don't usually get around to writing online reviews but I really feel obliged to in this case. After starting our property development journey last year Karim has been been one of the key parts of helping us to smoothly buy and remortgage 2 BTL properties. He has provided us amazing advice on different mortgage options on many different properties throughout the year and saved us a lot of money. His replies were fast which allowed us to be fast in our own business. I highly recommend working with him and I look forward to the coming new year of business with him!

I heard about Trafalgar square mortgages from property investment circles. I enquired with them when the time approached for us to move on to our new family home. Karim dealt with our mortgage from the initial enquiry, through the whole advice process until completion with exceptional professionalism. I had the confidence at every step of the process that Karim and his team are on top of everything. I received frequent updates without even a prompt. There was a slight issue with the first lender and the property we wanted to purchase but Karim and his team negotiated this and found a different lender in no time. I was then informed that rates had slightly fallen and they updated my application and product immediately. They were responding to my emails very quickly and I could always get in the phone and speak to Karim or a member of his team. Can't recommend Trafalgar mortgages enough. I will certainly work with them again in the future.

I have been using Trafalgar, specifically Nicola Rigling, for both personal and investment property loans for a few years now. She is the most helpful person in the industry that I’ve met. Not only does she get the deal done, she really cares about explaining every detail to make sure you understand the terms. And she goes above and beyond to help, even outside of working hours. Recently a development loan of mine fell through with another company and she managed to sort me a bridge loan in 3 days! I couldn’t recommend her higher. And we have a giggle too. Karim Francis stepped in when our previous broker disappeared and we were left with a fast approaching deadline. Karim did not miss a beat once he understood our position. Karim was excellent throughout. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and clearly explained the options open to me. Although I did not proceed with the brokerage service, this was due to personal circumstances and does not reflect on the fantastic service and advice received. Would not hesitate to contact again in the near future should circumstances change.

Would definitely recommend this mortgage broker. They were available over the phone when needed and knew their products inside out. My mortgage application turned out to be a little more complex than initially expected, but it all went through very timely, so much so that it was the conveyancing that was holding up the purchase and not the mortgage application. I would certainly go back to them should I need to remortgage or get a new mortgage. Although some mortgage brokers don't charge, I'd rather pay for the advice from this broker and know that I'm in good hands.
