10/10 from me

After wanting to pursue a heavy goods vehicle license for an awhile I finally decided to make the decision to contact training companies, I found a few companies willing to train me and TrainHGV were a little pricier than the others, however after speaking to Will and Tom it soon became clear that although it’s slightly more expensive it’s well worth the extra money as the customer service is absolutely outstanding and their assistance is extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

My first encounter was when I was calling for enquiries feeling doubtful and nervous.
The advisors made it so much easier to make a decision and they carry on making it easier as I’ve been working towards my liscence

Couldn’t fault my experience with TrainHGV. Tom has been super supportive as well as very helpful, knowledgeable & patient with answering my many question’s. I would certainly recommend 👍

Obviously from day one my experience has been fantastic and great, William and Joe has been very amazing in all ramifications. Very supportive, kind and nice in their approach given words of assurance at every point in time. With their encouragement every fear in me melted and am happy to say TrainHGV is the best center to be. Thank you so much.

Friendly, knowledgable and well priced - after much research I used this company because they are in my opinion the best in the business.
