completely useless, good for nothing company
Dear companies, institutions, please don't work with TransferMate. I received an email from them, stating that an institute is sending my money back, and they will transfer it back to the account it was coming from. AND they are also asking me to fill out a form where I a have to enter my bank account details!!!! TransferMate received the money from me, they know exactly the account number, the amount I have transferred because they asked for the transfer notice for previous transaction as well, they have all the information at hand to do their job!!!! Zero braincell in use, didn't even try!!! Now it is officially the worst service I have ever experienced!!!!

For security reasons, our refund procedures require customers to complete a refund authorisation form, even if payments have already been made to us. This ensures that funds are returned correctly, securely, and to an account explicitly confirmed by the account holder. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to process refunds based solely on historic payment details or transfer notices.
We appreciate that this may seem unnecessary, however these measures are in place to prevent errors and protect customers against fraud or misdirected payments. Once the required form is completed, refunds are processed as quickly as possible in line with our procedures.
We value feedback and remain committed to improving our communication and customer experience.

Great service on the live chat - settled my nerves
OK, so transfermate was new to me, and I'm skeptical, especially when a reasonably large amount of money (student fees) is involved. The initial email I received had a link to a chat and I chatted with Mark on Day 1 and Dimitar on Day 2. Both were very helpful and Dimitar was able to verify the value for me (satisfying my nervousness).

Scandalous ! client for more than 10 years
I've been a Transfermate client for more than 10 years. Now they target only ultra rich clients, by asking money transfer of minimum 100k ! I'm no longer going to use their services.
