I was assaulted by a wild driver and mob of racists from a Ulster bus trying to speak up for another passenger who was being dehumanised, I will not forget the day not even a pip from Translink, I has to jump through hoops just to get a response by mail, the matter is with the police now, I intend to sue after a 100%.

Useless. I entered my home address in Belfast and my destination as Dublin Connolly station using bus and train. I was informed that there were 'No Trips Found' and asked to try again

I cane down to the 11 a bus stop and waited 34 MINUTES and it still didnt come and the wait was only meant to be 9 minutes 1star i could walk up to Ballysylin faster than that
Travelling from Castlerock to portrush…
Travelling from Castlerock to portrush by train I discovered that instead of a 40 minute wait for a change over train to portrush there was a bus leaving within 5 minutes. Asked the personnel at the station if my ticket could be used on the bus. He politely replied that it would depend on the driver. When I asked him if I could transfer to the bus I was answered with a terse no.
Just back from a trip to York where bus driver manners are streets ahead of translink. I had a query about ticket validity on the Arriva service and the driver could not have been more helpful and approachable.

Local bus services in Derry half of the time are running VERY late, multiple buses on the same route at the same time but you need to wait an hour plus for anything in between. Online timetables are bare minimum and don’t include all of the stops. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

just got a bus from Carrickfergus to Belfast and never again, 1st time on a bus and last. Apart from feeling sick I thought the bus was about to fall apart. Suitcase shelf rattling it's brains out roof access hatch hanging down. Heaven help the Poor driver of this bus. Cannot wait to get of this bus. Train home.
Michael in York St station is a ledge!
After a nightmare journey and misinformation, Michael in the York St. station saved the day!
His kind and patient manner was a breath of fresh air after some impatient and unhelpful bus drivers, who sent me on a wild goose chase all round Belfast (almost 2 hours of wasted time, might I add)!
He has a real way with people, I saw that in his interactions with other customers, including a baby and an elderly man. Michael finally got me on my way to Coleraine, what an asset to Translink! 3 cheers for Michael and his epic customer service (and calming influence) 😊🫶🏻

Absolutely terrible service, trains never on time and totally unreliable service.

City Express 14 - yet again, another no show from Northern Ireland's most unreliable service into Belfast. Stand at the bus stop - the sign says bus due in 10 mins, after 10 mins the bus number disappears off sign but still no bus has arrived. You think, well it must be on the way? Well think again weary traveller! The bus doesn't arrive even 25 mins later and with no update on the sign above your head. Translink are without doubt the best advertisement for buying a car.
Poor service. Poor customer service
I don't mind getting the bus from Newtownabbey to Belfast. The problem is the service is unreliable. Today for example the no 14 Metro failed to turn up at all. And when my husband rang Translink to get an update, they told him they'd lost the bus and while he was still on hold for more information, they hung up. Not great service !

Whilst useful when no other options are provided anything else is preferred even walking, TransLink is unresponsive, unreliable and worst of all is inhospitable, to be frank id rather walk 1km in barefoot across glass than take one of there dingy decrepit disgusting busses... AWFUL COMPANY!
I visited NI for the first time this week for a wedding and would never go back, for as lovely as the scenery is, the transport system is awful and 3rd countries I've been to, have a better transport. My train arrived late into Antrim and I time to pick up a coffee from the shop opposite the station and made it back to the bus stop on time. The bus is due to leave at 25mins past the hour and as I was walking alongside the bus, that had the doors opened letting in another passenger, the driver quickly closed the them as I approached the doors and started to drive off. I called out and he seemed to go to stop but then didn’t and drove off at speed. I then spoke to a woman wating for another bus and she said the next one was an hour away. I quickly ran into the train station and spoke to a very unhelpful member of staff and the time on the clock was 25 mins and 32sec past the hour so it's not like I was mins 'late'. I can't believe their 'International' airport does not have a train linked to it! A lot of the staff at all points of travel were not very unhelpful but rude and all that fiddley diddley dee friendly attitude is a not very genuine!
I got to the Europa station at 23.00…
I got to the Europa station at 23.00 for the 23.15 212 bus to Derry. I was advised that the bus had already left and there was no other bus that was going to take the other people that had tickets for for 23.15 bus. Approx 30 people who had tickets were left behind and told to wait another hour for the next bus and that there would be no guarantee for a seat on it either. Customers who had already bought tickets have to stand outside in a line for an hour at night to try and get a space on the next bus. If the bus is frequently over subscribed then a second or third bus should be arranged also. Poor service

Why do we spend our time complaining about this despicable company because the company never listens. Dublin airport ~Newry service a joke. Bus left us at start of T2 building had to drag suitcases to T1 building. Arrived back at airport 4 dubious looking characters leaning against 5 trolleys INSIDE bus shelter while passengers had to stand outside shelter in rain . It was not made obvious until the 4 people moved and their high Viz vests had Translink employees written on the back WHAT WAS THEIR PURPOSE.? It certainly was not to help people put cases into bus I have a few minutes to write this I know I am waisting my time. The new hub will be on local news bulletins and management will be all smiles and dimples but what are they doing about a company that is crumbling around them. If foreign visitors have their first contact with N I hospitality through Translink at Dublin Airport God help us all!!
Driver humiliated and spoke…
Driver humiliated and spoke disgracefully to me after purchasing a ticket for a designated stop on his route. I have the email from customer service stating that it was a designated stop because this wasn't the first time this has happened. However, he said he didn't give 2 hoots what customer service said and that he will NOT be stopping at that stop again. Even said he would refuse a ticket. I was in tears as a young female and have anxiety because I relay on the service for work.
Utterly disgraceful.

Terrible company - journey times are far too long and far too expensive, and what is their obsession with routing every westward journey through Dungannon?
How can a journey of 80 miles take 2 and a half hours???????
No choice but to use them, since they are operating as a monopoly in my area, but I'd gladly change operators if only another was available.
The buses are old and not fit for purpose. the drivers are rude. The complaints process is terrible. Would love to never set foot on another Translink vehicle ever.
