Worst experience ever booking a holiday called up and booked flights hotel and transfers to Tenerife gave the card details to the operator Jason and told him I would call back with the card holders postcode to confirm booking when I called back I was informed the booking had already been put through without my consent anyway then I was told that hotel and transferes had been booked but no flights Evan though I had all my flight details written down ect so they have taken the money out my account and not Evan booked any flights everytime I call the operators are rude and unhelpful and I’m told someone will call me back but they don’t will never book with this company again

Elisa tailored our flights to suit our times. Could not fault flights(Easy Jet) transfers and hotel. Simple to book with ATOL protection as well. Everything fell into place. Just got back last week

Excellent organisation
Excellent organisation. Kept me in touch with changes to the free jeep trip. Choice of hotel and location suited my friend and I. Transfers were efficient. We loved the apartment bedroom. However for 2 or 3 nights, we had people in the 2nd bedroom of the apartment. This was disconcerting. Will book again with Travelsoon. Thank you.

The bad reviews are all true
The bad reviews are all true. Made a booking then received a phone call within half an hour saying that the price had changed and it would be £300 more. Feel that they offer cheap prices to get you in then try to get you to pay more. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Dear Sir
We are sorry you are unhappy that your web request was not able to be confirmed on this occasion, this was due to the original supplier selling out of seats. We always aim to provide our customers with the most accurate up to date information, but on occasions this is not something we can control. We are disappointed to hear you did not have the experience that a large majority of our customers do, and hope you will try us again in the future.
Regards
Joanne
