I recently booked a holiday through Travel Soon and dealt with a lady called Natalie. What a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was looking for a cheap deal within a budget for myself and some friends and Natalie told me at the beginning of the call that she liked a challenge and would find me something within my budget. Natalie checked a lot of different locations for availability and looked for good hotels and checked reviews on the hotels. I was on the phone with Natalie for a long time, whom I have to say, provided the best service I have ever had from any travel agent and I go on a lot of holidays. Natalie eventually found me a holiday that suited and which was a really good price and the hotel looked decent and got really good reviews on Tripadvisor.. I would definitely recommend anyone using Travel Soon to speak to Natalie, she really did go above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. For any future holidays I will be contacting Natalie, she is now my go-to travel agent.

absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour from their staff particularly one lady called Sue. Rude would be an understatement. Formal written complaint will be submitted. Customer Service customer care non existent. Avoid this company, they take your money and then you don't exist.

Avoid at all costs!!!
We booked with them only to receive a call an hour later to be advised they needed another £100.

Seems the prices quoted are not what you'll pay.

Travelsoon - Customer Experience worse than 1 star. Avoid at all costs

2nd time reported for multiple reviews when I consolidated it. I have been through every single poor review for this company and guess what, they have all been treated the same with similar issues
Travelsoon wished me a nice trip to Bulgaria after revoking a good will gesture. I'm going to Budapest! A trip booked with them and a trip they have ruined. They now have the audacity to report Trustpilot reviews as they feel there are too many 1* ratings which obviously effects their NPS scores.
I have been writing to Travelsoon team for over 2 weeks. The issue is unresolved and I did not ask for compensation. I asked for original booking request to be honoured and the type of rooms I had requested to be honoured. What I did not expect is the response of full and final settlement £25 voucher as a good will gesture! I didn’t ask for a settlement.
I made the change request on the day of the original booking. I have gone through the issue several times with numerous Travelsoon employees, all have different versions of policy and what should have happened. What hasn't happened is that my booking is confirmed with original request backed up with paperwork, yet they took an amendment payment of an additional £82.
The response back from Christina Quinn Head of Operations who is so proficient at her job, was totally unacceptable. Her parting line after revoking a goodwill gesture, was hope you have a nice break in Bulgaria.
"The discount voucher was offered merely as a gesture of goodwill in light of your unhappiness, but as you do not wish to avail of this offer then I will advise our Accounts department accordingly, however, please do accept my apologies for any unhappiness and inconvenience incurred with regards to the issues that you have raised in this instance.
I note that you have requested the names of the Head of Customer Relations, which would be both myself and Jo Wikeira, who you have also previously dealt with. I am therefore sorry if you do remain dissatisfied with our responses, and that we have been unable to resolve your issues to your satisfaction. Please however accept my assurances that all details and particulars of your booking are in order, and I do hope that both you and your friend have any enjoyable trip to Bulgaria."

Revoke good will gesture rather than refund amendment fee for which they did nothing. I had to resolve direct with hotel and incur international call fees.
I note the green reviews are now flooding in as my review along with the many 1* reviews affected their NPS ratings.
The bottom line is, they failed to get it right first time, are a company full of unprofessional, rude, incompetent staff who sell you the wrong break and leave you out of pocket and feeling vulnerable.
I must add that not all their staff are rude, Dawn and Cheryl were extremely professional whilst dealing with the mistakes of their senior colleagues. Thank you Dawn and Cheryl.
I have finally received a hard copy of the paperwork and guess what, it was addressed to number 43!

This is how it started:
Shocking beyond words that a week on from my request to change hotel I'm still waiting for a response. Lost count of number of calls and emails I have sent. Now I'm stuck with a purchase that was sold as 4 star but is in fact less than 3 star and putting me at risk

Initially very pleased with this company. We wanted to go on a break but didn't know where and was impressed by the clarity and direction from the staff.

We went on holiday and the hotel (Toss Beach-Centre turned out to be a nightmare, very unhelpful and aggressive staff and other issues with regards to inedible food etc..

As with some other reviews - advertised a holiday at a hotel which was full then tried to sell me an alternative once they had my details. Very disappointing.

Booked a package holiday with them for me and my Mum. My mum sadly and unexpectedly passed away 2 weeks before. Emailed them (with a copy of the death certificate) asking them to cancel the holiday and enquired about a part refund - yes maybe what I paid shouldn’t be refunded but surely my mums half should be seeing as she is obviously can no longer go?
No reply.....checked the booking this morning and it has been cancelled.....no one has emailed me to confirm the cancellation nor discuss the email has quite clearly been read for the booking to be cancelled.
Poor poor customer service

Booked a holiday yesterday, got email through saying thanks for booking etc. Half hour later get an email saying your card didnt match your postcard your holiday hasn't been booked. My mum phoned them, it was the correct postcode, she rang the bank, they said right details were entered but maybe you gave them the wrong security code. Phoned them back to try and book it again, there was no basically never any holiday at that price they tried to sell her a more expensive holiday. Gutted. This would have been my first holiday as a single parent, taking my mum with me as I've never taken my daughter away just the two of us and I'm a nervous flyer. I can only afford so much and we thought we had found the perfect holiday. I had told my daughter we had booked a holiday. Just gutted. Won't use again.

They always go that extra mile to find the best deal for you. I use them all the time 👍

I just phoned up and said what I wanted. The lady was so helpful and gave me her personal number for future reference or in case we have any problems. Holiday booked and we can't wait 😎 No problem 🥂

Great experience, helpful, knowledgeable and patient, hotel was amazing, whole holiday exceeded expectations, highly recommend.

This is now the 3rd holiday that we have booked with Travelsoon. The first booking booking was made over the phone and the following 2 were made on line. We experienced no problems at all with our bookings. For the over the phone booking it was reassuring that we were speaking to an agent in the UK that we could actually understand and the price of the holiday did not fluctuate during the call. For the on-line bookings everything went smoothly. As a travel agent we would rate Travelsoon as very good. Perhaps seem a bit more expensive than others but at least the price you get quoted is the price you actually end up paying. The destinations that we went to are all places we've been to before so this revue is about the agent not the holidays.

Absolutely shocking customer service when trying to find out the correct remaining balance of the holiday as my email confirmation says differently to what it says on website . Was then Unable to pay remaining balance of holiday on website due it being so faulty and unusable on an iPhone device. Eventually managed to pay balance but was unsure if transaction had gone through as the website did not confirm anything. Contacted customer services to be told the balance had not been paid and to wait until the balance due date to see “if it just goes out my account”. Not ideal.

Disgusting customer service, spoken to dreadfully for them trying to over charge me for them not having a clue what the actual price was.

To top it off they have now refused to take payment whilst they listen to the call as they didn't even know themselves what to charge me, even though I said it was stated in my booking confirmation that was right in front of me.

Would definitely not recommend.

First time i have used Travelsoon and from start to finish no problems with the holiday, would certainly use them again.

Travel soon reps were very helpful and efficient and advised on aspects of the booking
