I appreciated that the order was relatively easy to collect and there was nothing missing in the box. The staff weren't very approachable when I picked up my order and there was an instruction missing from the manual. Please add into the manual that you need to disassemble the H1 and H2 parts and provide instructions on how to do so. I had to YouTube it which isn't a great experience when building a flatpack. Overall, decent desk for the price.

Using Aramex to courier the item is what resulted in this score. Aramex is literally the worst courier company currently operating in nz. They're unreliable, have numerous issues and I've literally always encountered problems when they're responsible for delivering something!
Otherwise, the product i got was great 👍

Smooth transaction and good quality item.

Easy to purchase online, fast delivery, quality product, clear instructions packed with it. My 12yr old followed all the directions (including the unboxing) and it was great!

Staff were not talkative seemed bored to be there and no helpful at all. And multiple items were missed from my order. All the boxes for a low boy. My matress topper and 1 out of 3 boxes of another low boy. And no comunication on how to solve this issue.

The chair is exactly what I expected. It arrived within two days of placing the order. Happy with the chair and the cost. The chair is firm and comfortable. Suits its purpose well in our living room. Very happy with the purchase.

Loved the drawers even if took bit of time to assemble. Only criticism was one part the holes were in wrong place so had to redrill

The boxes weren't delivered to the correct address, and they were left in the rain. All the boxes got very wet, and the mirror is detached from the frame.
