Buy Kiwi Reviews

Do not trust the review responses, it reflects half truths sounding like wonderful compromises. It is not the truth. I am stuck with a terrible product literally brittling apart, has never stood straight and shakes out saw dust whenever I tried touching it. I was offered a replacement part yes - but the entire unit is shocking quality and not useable! Then a $15 voucher plus then I get to keep said unusable item.. and I paid $100.. so I can not replace it! I do not feel valued (WAS a repeat customer) and I am out if pocket and nothing to show for it. I am not happy, and totally being swept under a media polished carpet of responses. They will not refund you. Beware.

I bought the citrus hand juicer and unfortunately it doesn't work that well. For some reason after several presses the top of thecjuicer would come down on to the cup. I loved the idea. I contacted kiwibuy and they asked for a video and photos. We did that and without hesitation the refunded me. Thank you for a great service and response. Sorry I can't find my previous review of the juicer.

Super fast dispatch. Product very reasonably prices and exactly as described.

Bought a Metal Wardrobe Clothes Rack few days ago and it was sturdy as advertised! We used it for wet suit and other swimming gear. 👍 highly recommended.

"Buy Kiwi"simply sells imported cheap aftermarket junk from china. The product sold to me was faulty and incompatible. Customer service was awful and simply denied responsibility. Still no resolution.

Love Buy Kiwi, we had brought things for our business through them, just recently, then we needed some other things for home, bar stools and toys, and because of the fast efficient service with the work products, we thought we would give them another try.
Once again fast , efficient service, would highly recommend.

They were very fast in delivery. The mini chainsaw is awesome for the fiddly cutting, beats using a big chainsaw. Recommend Buy Kiwi 100%

A great, stress free process from navigating the website to my chosen products being delivered. I love to support local businesses. The products I purchased are quality for a decent price. Thanks team.

We bought a steam mop which turned out to be an absolute lemon.
I contacted these guys and they promptly refunded our money so good on them for doing so.
They didn't want it back so possibly there may have been other complaints about this thing, good on them for being upfront and crediting our money. Im not sure if i would purchase anything more off them but i guess, everything you get online these days is cheap stuff out of China or Taiwan. What a world we live in now........

Excellent company to deal with. Had brilliant communication and fast delivery. Very happy with product.

Absolutely appalling site. Brought a chicken coop and was sent parts that don't align with frame..I was advised. because I was sent all parts that nothing is wrong with it and I was advised by customer support to use tape to fix roof which should have 14 eyelets as shown on their website photo for my coop, i instead got a 6 eyelet roof that does not fit.....the door is not the right fit for frame and leaves a huge gap that chickens can escape from....very misleading...Will be taking this to consumer affairs ..buyer beware..there customer guarantee is worthless. And their emails leave the customer furious and out of pocket for an item not fit for purpose

Great value cat tree house, sturdy & strong enough for big heavy cats. Easy to assemble & fast delivery. My cats love it. If you're looking for a cat tree house I very much recommend this one.

The products are of very high quality. Work very well and are very durable. The buying experience was very easy and the delivery was very fast. Would recommend this company
