Buy Kiwi Reviews

The range of quality products & cost effective pricing

Fast delivery, very good quality puppy cage luv it 😊😊😊😊

Quick service, saving hassle and time at home and it was a third of the price of other sites.

I really trust and like Kiwi Direct. Their quality is excellent, the website is so straightforward, and easy to navigate. Delivery is really swift, and there is great communication. Will definitely use again.

Great product, fast delivery. Will purchase from here again.

Extra large heavy duty storage bag, exactly as described. Really happy with the purchase and I would use the company again

Good reasonably priced product,

I just bought a Lego E-type Jaguar and am absolutely wonderful experience. It is a new arrival and normally you can only get it from Lego store for the first 12 months of release before everyone else. Not only that, there is a 20% discount which is never heard of for new arrivals. The item was dispatched on the 1st August (official release date for Lego store) and I got it in perfect condition on day 4th (amazingly fast delivery). I will continue to use their website. Highly recommended.

Great price on a Lego set that was nearing the end of its run so getting hard to find, quick delivery, noted as well that if you can't find a set you can email to request it. Happy customer!

I placed my first time order and had the product delivered before the end of two days. The Dog car seat cover is exactly as pictured and is perfect for my need to keep my dog safe, contained to his area of my car and to keep my car a bit cleaner. Excellent experience.

The initial delivery of my defective phone case was very prompt but not as prompt as the resolution and replacement of the product. Would definitely deal with them again.

I bought one of their products via website and it arrived super fast. The product was exactly as described. Recommended page!

Thank you for sorting my problem with the tarp I appreciate it very much and I value your service Buykiwi always 👍

Terrible communication and customer service. Had to send multiple emails regarding my order, which they never responded to. They sent incorrect shipping information which left me wondering if this was a scam site

Never again, hard returns, products not as described .

Ui received my battery today and it wouldn't fit my B&D sander

I bought a chicken fence that came with the wrong sized screws so I was unable to assemble it, I emailed them for replacement screws, none have arrived weeks later, not much use to me, customer service dreadful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Product was completely faulty and unusable. $50 + postage for a hunk of useless plastic. Have tried for the past 2 weeks to get a refund and customer service giving a complete run around. Eventually they offered me a $20 refund as a “gesture of good will” which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I am livid and would encourage people to buy elsewhere. Terrible experience.

Purchased 2 stainless steel cat water fountains on line, was the cheapest I could find around, a bonus was they were coming from a New Zealand warehouse, arrived 2 days of ordering, they looked like I hoped they would and worked better than I thought they would because they are silent. Thumbs up from me so far.

Buyer beware, hit and miss/ bad communication.
I had an ok experience, ordered a 2k ish tool chest and it showed up as described,no damage but not really any communication.
Company can be slack with communication, and thats even if they send you your order based off what I've seen online.
Buyers use at your own risk.
