Administration a little shaky, some confusion during tree felling application to local authority, but got there in the end. Actual tree felling team superb - cannot fault.

A very professional standard of work was carried out by Alex and his team to remove two dangerous conifer trees on behalf of the council.
Site was checked by them for wildlife such as birds and hedgehogs and they cracked on, leaving the area clean and tidy. Thank you so much to all of you.

although we weren't aware the company were due (not the company's falut that was down to the National Trust!) We were happy to see them! The team were polite, respectful of our property and efficient. The young lad who was team leader explained everything clearly and they carried out the work professionally. They returned early the next morning to remove the last of the trunk and clear the site. They raked our driveway and hoovered all the sawdust. A job well done thank you

We have a large Eucalyptus tree at the rear of our garden - The team from Uptons were super efficient to deal with and extremely professional. They asked questions I'd not thought of and everyone effected by the tree was very please with the work they did.

This is the second time I have used this company and once again I was impressed by their professional service. Time was taken to really understand what was happening with the struggling tree; considering the benefits and drawbacks of what the different actions might be to keep it as safe and healthy as possible; and these were explained to me clearly before a decision was made.
