Got a car seat as good as new. Reached on time and as promised.

I payed and I did't receive the stroller due to vector issues. They canceled the delivery for 2 consecurive days saying that the was no one (reception h24). I wrote several mails to require a refund but I did't receive any answer.

1. Didn’t even deliver the bed
2. Didn’t acknowledge the bed wasn’t delivered
3. Continued sending automated emails asking how the trip was
4. Didn’t reply to my calls or emails
5. Still haven’t given me a refund

I ordered a child car seat with ISOFix fixings, however an inferior car seat was delivered.

Great to have a cot delivered and collected.

Delivered the wrong chair (ordered IsoFix model, they sent a non-IsoFix), didn’t answer emails or return missed calls about the error

Great Customer Service from the beginning till the very last minute.

The car seats were delivered and picked up, which made it all much easier.
I would definitely recommend it and use it again.

Asked for a car seat when we were visiting the UK, got a crib instead and had to pay twice as much to arrange another car seat last minute when we landed at the airport - nobody responded to my email and still got charged

The process worked well for ordering and delivery - a child car seat in good condition was delivered as promised. It would have been helpful to have a user manual or web link to one - neither was provided. The process for returning the car seat worked well - as instructed, I packed it in the large box it was delivered in and took it to a local DPD pick up point, a local post office. My only concern was that the box had been used several times and was in danger of falling apart.

Delivered on time, quality products, easy to return. Will order again

Ordered a travel pram for my holiday. I ordered it for the Friday, for an early departure on Monday morning. The pram didn’t arrive on Friday or Saturday and when I contacted Trip Tots for an update or some help with the matter, I had zero response, until the Monday when I was already on holidays. They have offered me a full refund and collected the pram.

I had previously used this company and the product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. However, this left me without a travel pram for my 2 year old.

Excellent! Smooth delivery and collection, very friendly and helpful customer care. Brilliant service, shame they don’t hire out toys as well!

Ordered a car chair for a trip that was gonna be in the end of December, ordered it in the beginning of December of 2025 to be sure all was gonna be good.
Got an email from them confirming my order and thought that all was set.
Happens that I never got it, and ended up finding out they were closed for vacation on the period of my order, tho they confirmed my order and never anticipated to prevent these kinds of situations.
When they got back to work, in January, they were quick to answer and give me a refund but I don't reccomend them still, I had to pursue other solutions for my problem and no costumer service available on those days. I never knew what happened, they never enlightened me just said sorry and refunded me.
Not professional!

Easy to book and return! Product was clean and in excellent condition. I will certainly remember to recommend this service to any friends travelling with littles in the UK

EDIT: I have been refunded and they have taken accountability for the poor service I received.

I arranged a rental with them well in advance for delivery on a Friday, return on a Tuesday. The item was not delivered until Monday, by which point I had already had to buy a seat, instead of renting it, and was finishing my trip. They were impossible to get hold of over the weekend and the friday afternoon. Apparently it was the Royal Mail that fell short on its promises, but Triptots were not exactly helpful at the time.

Absolutely terrible service, avoid.

Didn’t deliver the item on time - it was delivered 4 days later than the agreed date. Which given the nature of this service makes it quite useless, meaning we had to postpone a trip and make alternative arrangements.

Received an email the night before saying it was due to be delivered as planned - then when it didn’t arrive I had to chase them and they weren’t aware it wasn’t being delivered. I have had to chase several times for a refund which I have still not received a month later.

Easy ordering, delivery and service. Rang to ask a question about delivery time and the service I received was excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing a car seat for a temporary period of time
