Email communication was amazing. I was notified about my purchase evey step of the way. My item came as expected and everyone has been raving about my new vaporizer. I wish they would make a travel case for it.

Shipping notification was lacking.
It's a large form with little information. It could probably be displayed more simply. Some of the field headings were white text on a light grey background making them unreadable.
Also, wish they took Apply pay. Would have made checkout easier for me.
Overall though, I am happy with the product and would recommend it.

Got the Gammitron and it was being a bit tempermental. Marvi walked be through adjusting it, so it works great now.

Every time I chat, I get great rep, like LISA. I always get me questions answered promptly and if they are not ssure of the answer, they place you on a brief hold to acquire the proper answers!

these guys are a joke, multiple front cover sites - if your item gets lost in the mail, guess what , its your fault and good luck getting your money back - Proceed with caution. There recomendation, buy another and then just return the original if it ever shows up......

I have an overabundance of questions often and find it hard to locate a true rep. for a company. Lisa had all of the info i asked and also verified to ensure. she spent more than an applicable amount of time. If the product is half as amazing as her and the team here, I will probably own the entire line. THANKS again, this is how customer service should be!!

Saw the Omegatron on sale, but when I added it to the cart it showed full price. Apparently, the sale had ended in between loading the page and adding to the cart. Lisa in the chat was able to honor the sale price I had seen and make the ordering process very easy. Can't wait to try it out!

I have the milatron dry herb vape it's the best, I'd like too make some suggestions maybe make the holes that you get the hit though bigger somehow and the bowl part could for sure be bigger maybe just make the whole thing bigger and better longer battery it takes for ever too charger also that's all I can't wait too buy the next one thank you for your time
