Scam - not items shipped, keep getting email saying backlog and TO CALL MY BACK FOR THE REFUND AND ASK FOR A CHARGE BACK - SCAMMMMMM

Ordered in June still haven't received dress she it's not almost August. So called tracking has been sent but doesn't shie location. Emailed asking where is my order and no reply. Big scam

Would give -5 stars in that was an option. This site is a total and complete SCAM! For over a month, they have been lying to me stating the order is in transit, with no updates since the day after purchase. Communication with this store is only via email, and they are ver unprofessional. All stocl comes from china even though they state its a sydney based wharehouse. This store has several apparent locations, but all items ordered relating to this store come from china. Take that into consideration if considering ordering from here in terms of wait time, etc. Though i would highly recommend NEVER purchasing or trusting this scam store. They refused to give me a refund, claiming order was in transit, after a month and a half i took it to my bank to get my money back which would only happen if this company couldn't prove that it was legit and my order was actually on its way which they could not prove so my bank had to refund me my money. I was lucky to have gotten my money back.

No sign of my dress 2 months after ordering. No response to my emails, and the tracking link is a dud. Do not use this company!

After waiting over a month for my dress to arrive, (it still hasn’t) I thought I would investigate some online reviews and came across these. Really makes me think I’m not getting my dress and even if I do I will be very disappointed 😞

Definitely no stars. Absolutely no updates on my order after a month of placing my order. Received only 1 email at the start then nothing regarding delivery. Very poor customer service. Am trying to get a refund. Wish me luck 🙏

Har bestilt en kjole den 28. Maj og betalt desværre har ikke modtaget min pakke, de bliver ved med at sige den er i transit, når jeg henvender mig via mail. Dårlig service og jeg vil fraråde alle at handle med dem😡

Ordered a dress 18th May which looked lovely on their website. It was supposedly shipped 27th May, tracking hasn't been updated since. Now 25th June and dress has not been received. They did respond to emails until recently, but only to thank me for my patience. Didn't seem inclined to chase up with carrier and no offer of a refund for a parcel that seems to be lost in transit. Have since read reviews that those that have received their order have been extremely disappointed in the quality. Suspect this is a dodgy scam site and highly recommend not to buy.

Never received my dresss!!!! Even paid express shipping. It’s been 3 months. Nothing. SCAMMMM!

Absolutely awful product and service. The images on their website are fake and AI generated. They have you believe they have physical stores in many big cities when they don’t, it’s all lies. The clothing, if you can call it that, is cheap polyester, poor stitching, nothing like the images on the website and the materials used are not as described on the website. Their advertising is designed to trick you, the product is not wearable, the returns are back to China, costly and again designed to trick you into failing making any returns completely impossible. I bought 4 dresses for a total of $352, when they arrived, I was chocked as the quality was disgraceful, I was so disappointed. I sent them an email, took days for them to reply, when they did they offered 25% of the cost or pay to return them. Thought I would be returning them to Sydney but oh no, the returns was back to China wasn’t it! Cost $55 to post them back only for the parcel to get stuck in customs in China. Apparently the receiver must pay customs duty fees in China for the parcel to be delivered, which of course they didn’t do. Aus post told me they are responsible to pay as the receivers in China these customs duty costs. So now the parcel is due to come back to me and they are brushing their hands of it. They said the returns timeline has expired going by their policy rules, which again is designed to have you fail all the way through, so they can get away with doing this over and over again, utter thieves! Don’t go near them.

Trueformboutiquemelbourne. Received acrylic jumpers that were supposed to be cashmere. Supposed to be from Melbourne but came from
a warehouse in China. They have site for Sydney and Miami but it’s all from China

Sizing was very small, one jumper had marks on the front. Both jumper’s had ugly outer seams on the neck that made them unwearable as they were supposed to be worn with collar up.

Company would not let me return the goods. They offered me a measly 10% refund with a 30% voucher to by more of their products. Why would I buy more rubbish from them. After several emails they agreed to a 70% refund but it was just a lie as it never happened. I contacted my bank and got all the money refunded. Do not buy from this company.

Very disappointed with my purchase. Despite advertising as a Sydney based boutique the item was shipped from china with no where on the website identifying this, and on arrival the quality, materials and sizing of the item I received was far below expectations.

The online images and descriptions quite misleading compared to the actual product. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this collection again or recommend it to others.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a Chinese based seller who adds the name of a city to their website name to make it look like they are in that location. See Trueformboutiquemiami reviews also. Use designer pictures and then send cheap badly made copies that bear very little resemblance to the photo.
