Ben is amazing! He is literally what made our house move possible. He knew which lenders would work for our particular circumstances (invaluable knowledge), he's been efficient, professional & he even managed to negotiate our early repayment charge down by half saving us thousands - unheard off!! I normally don't tend to write reviews, however I feel compelled to do so because of the fantastic service provided my Liam. He is one of the best mortgage broker I have dealt with.

He has made my dream come true. From start to finish everything was done smoothly and I was updated every step of the way. My case was a little complex and two well known mortgage advisers had wasted a lot of time and a mortgage offer had been declined. Due to this I was very close on losing the house.

Honestly, if it wasn't for Liam's hardwork I would never have been able to purchase the house. Not only did Liam get me a mortgage offer he also was working on a time scale as I only had a week before the sellers would go to someone else. Liam got me a mortgage offer within 2 weeks!

I don't know where to begin...I highly recommend this company (Liam). I was refused a mortgage by RBS at the very final stage even paying less than my current payments. I contacted Liam and he was on it straight away. All sorted from start to finish in 3 weeks. I am even paying lower that what RBS quoted. Well done 👏.

We had used a mortgage advisor prior to Trufe and weren’t confident about our prospects. However, having had a conversation with Dan Robinson we became more hopeful. He worked hard to secure us a mortgage offer and his communication was excellent. I would recommend using Trufe’s services to anybody doubtful over their ability to get a mortgage.

Ben has been great! We are first time buyers who wanted to maximise our borrowing as property prices had soared. Ben found us a deal which did this and far surpassed what other mortgage brokers had quoted for us previously, so stood us in great stead for our search. The process with Ben has been smooth and he’s always been on hand to answer our questions, quickly too. Even recently Ben has proactively approached the bank that offered our mortgage about a rate change as they have changed their online offers. Can’t fault the service and will be returning when it’s time to remortgage!
