It is the perfect blend for me. It gives me a good amount of focus with sustained energy.

When I tell you I didn't know what to expect with this product, but I knew that I had a friend that used it & raved about it, & i trust her. I've been on it 3 weeks now i think, & I can READ MY book at NIGHT again! My eyes have struggled for many years, due to autoimmune disease that causes extreme dry eye & mouth. Plus o had 6 ulcers on my left cornea. Worst shiz ever. Anyway, anytime I would blink, it would feel like sandpaper everytime I would blink. There's nothing worse than eye pain. This has helped my vision improve & my eyes feel quite a bit better. My sleep is better! I wake up not groggy in the mornings! I wake up before my alarm even goes off at 4am. I get good rest. My energy is usually very balanced & there is less bloating in my perimenopausal belly. Ugh. 💩 There's NO crash at all & doesnt make my heart race like some products do. I'm in love with this stuff & its helped me feel younger than ever in a short period of time! I think it helps me focus better most of the time too, since i have ADHD. I will keep using it & i tried strawberry lemon 🍋 🍓

Honest review! At first I was unsure about this product. I didn't feel the effects right away but after staying consistent I started to feel it and it was great. I was able to focus and everything felt really clear while I was working. I am not ready to quit coffee yet lol but I know with this product I am well on my way to get there. They also have a great customer service team! My package was lost and they were helpful and responsive throughout the process. I have tried three flavors so far. The tangerine was a sample and I really liked that one but I have the Strawberry Lemonade and it's really good. The cocoa was my least favorite. Idk, just not for me.

I've cut my coffee consumption in half. While drinking Graymatter, I can feel a slight shift into steady focus. My mind doesn't feel chaotic. I can jump from task to task with ease. I'm not getting the afternoon crashes as much. For my 12 yr old son, I can tell he has an increase in dopamine. He's happier, more patient with himself and others, a little more easy going & flexible. His focus is better as well. We started taking this product toward the end of July so it's only been just over 2 months. Looking forward to seeing what the next few months bring!

The taste was awful! Gritty and just plain nasty tasting. When I asked to return it they wanted the free samples back too - but you have to pay the shipping to return it! Not a good product at all. I see why they call it Grey Matter - that's what it tastes like!
Save your money! It doesn't work!
Customer service only gives lip service!

Customer Service is AMAZING. it was 1:1 for my specific situation adn they went abvove and beyond to help solve the issue/ I have raging ADHD (the one where people think it scute but my life is everywhere and i hate that!) BUT BC i just started i have to give this some time. I'm trying everything before going back on my meds and this is a last result. Its been 4 days and yesterday i could feel a LARGE difference and was focused with energy BUT i also had mushroom coffee. I am giving it some time to work and BC the customer service was so good i will give this a solid 30days to try.

Love it.
Starts off slowly building in your system over the next few days, a week later memories and words form more easily. Your mind connect dots it didn’t used to. Definitely excited to keep using it and seeing where this takes me.

Since I started gray matter, I’ve felt more calm and more in control of my life. I’ve been able to be much more productive with everything from school, work and my family. No crash, no jitters, just pure brain juice. Love this stuff

I finally got my official Adult ADHD diagnosis today. I texted my best friend the day I started Graymatter and let her know I’d check in with her on progress as she also was diagnosed with Adult ADHD. I texted her a few days later letting her know I was 10 minutes early to an interview and 15 minutes early to a doctor’s appointment. Her: If you’re early to places then it definitely works! Mind you I had just been late to her sister’s wedding a few weeks back making it right before the wedding party started making their way down the aisle. Definitely feel more confident about re-entering the workforce! Thanks Graymatter!!!

Ordering process for subscription had some technical challenges but response from customer service reps was prompt and helpful. Hopefully they work on the tech glitch but the product and staff are both amazing.

Both my teen and I have been using Graymatter and we both noticed we feel more emotionally balanced and just happier. It's a great product and we will continue to use it.

I drink this most mornings and I feel more focused with less anxiety. It really has changed my life.

Ever since I’ve been taking Grey matter I feel I am not so easily overwhelmed by everything I’m able to feel calmer when I’m normally very anxious and tense but have felt life just doesn’t feel so hard anymore. Been taking it for 2 months.

I’ve taken graymatter for the past year and can really feel the difference. It’s helped my brain fog and focus during the workday. I have adult ADHD- and this is the only supplement I take for it. Have tried all flavors and tangerine is my favorite. I like their subscription. It’s easy to adjust and your discount and perks get better over time.
