After taking Graymatter regularly for about 4 weeks, I can emphatically say it has been worth the experience. I feel more focused with greater mental clarity. As a result, I have greater energy and increased productivity for a longer duration than I had before taking Graymatter. Believe me, this is the strongest recommendation I have made for any "superfood" nootropics supplement claiming to provide mental nourishment!

Really good stuff. Clean ingredients. Much lower caffeine, but not less productivity. You feel locked in to your tasks not revved up. Part of my stack now.

After discovering that I'm unable to take ADHD medications I looked into other options and, after thorough research, decided to try Graymatter. I was shocked by how effective it was; after a few weeks I felt similarly to how I did when I was taking medications: more energy, better focus, my struggles with dopamine chasing were greatly diminished, and I overall felt really good! If you're unable to take traditional medications I highly recommend giving this a try.

I also want to shout out their customer service team. I signed up for the monthly subscription and needed to pause it due to a heart issue. I'm currently unable to consume any type of caffeine and reached out about pausing my subscription. I received a response within minutes, they paused my subscription until the end of the year, and sent me a genuinely kind message in regards to my health. It's been the best customer service experience I've ever had, and made me feel valued by the company!

I have tried a few things to deal with my adhd and the onset of aging. Gray matter works the best of any I have tried. I notice I have improved focus and energy especially in the morning.

Just started using it and love it. Loving my fancy canister too. I wanted to see how this would help before I sit down in the art studio bc I’ve had trouble focusing or getting into flow state. So far, I’ve only used a half scoop as recommenced to start and works like a charm. Happy customer and their customer service is above expectations! Can’t beat that!

I’ve been taking Gray Matter for nearly four months now, and I intentionally waited before writing a review because I wanted to see how I felt after using it consistently over time.

I’m extremely selective about the supplements I take. I’ve tried a lot of different products over the years, and I can honestly say Gray Matter has become one of my absolute favorites. It has made such a noticeable difference in my day-to-day experience with focus, mental clarity, motivation, energy, mood, and emotional balance that I’ve actually stopped taking several other supplements I was using before. That has not only simplified my routine, but has also saved me a significant amount of money.

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how quickly I feel it. I used to drink coffee every morning, but I don’t even feel like I need it anymore. I get up, make my Gray Matter drink, and feel like my brain is ready to go. I’m able to focus, think more clearly, and stay productive without the crash I experienced with coffee.

I also noticed just how much I rely on it when I unexpectedly went four days without it because my order arrived late. Those four days happened to be during a particularly stressful time in my life, and I was struggling much more with my mood and emotions. When my new order finally arrived, I took my usual dose, and I was genuinely surprised by how quickly I felt more balanced. I could think more clearly, focus on what I needed to do, and handle what I was dealing with much more calmly. That experience really reinforced for me how much Gray Matter had been helping.

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed improvements in my focus and ability to stay engaged, as well as my overall mood and energy. I’m also retaining information better and feeling more motivated. I used to take a nap almost every day—a habit I’ve had for years—and I rarely feel like I need one anymore.

Another thing I really appreciate is the consistency. I don’t experience the afternoon crash that I used to get from coffee. I just feel steady, focused, and balanced throughout the day. I currently take one serving in the morning and another in the early afternoon, often before my afternoon workout, and I’m very happy with how that routine works for me.

I’ve waited nearly four months to share my experience because I wanted to make sure this wasn’t just an initial impression. It has continued to be something I notice and appreciate month after month.

I absolutely love Graymatter! The taste is great and the effects are a game changer for getting through the day. The cacao flavor is my favorite. So so good.

I take a scoop in the afternoon in place of a second coffee and it helps me stay energized and focused for the rest of the work day.

I also love the fact that you can self manage your subscription to change flavors, postpone orders, etc. Very user friendly.

I absolutely love the product!

First off, it tastes extremely good. I've tried all 3 of their flavors - my personal favorite is strawberry lemon, but all 3 were great.

Second, the effects...unreal!! My meds always made me feel really agitated by the end of the day and I never liked being on a pill. Once I found Graymatter, I felt the effects immediately and could actually get sleep at night. Win-win all around.

My mom and dad are both in their 60's and take it, my brother who's in law school takes it and my wife takes it too. I guess we're a graymatter family lol. Fantastic product!!

Snake oil. I’m stuck with two bags of this useless powder because I refuse to pay for shipping I’d rather toss it down the drain.

Day 4 of using the product. I have ADHD, HEAVY on the DMN and executive order issues. I'm recording my self observations daily and will edit this review over time. Days 1-3 it cut down on my brain fog a bit which was nice but it made me incredibly jittery despite the L-theanine. So perhaps add another 50-100mg of that to your daily stack? By day 4 my senses are focused. No wondering eyes, no automatically switching my attention to random stimuli like the AC turning on and off. But Unfortunately I'm still having trouble focusing on my online training course because my internal attention continues to wander from thought to thought (aka persisting DMN issues), albeit with slightly milder intensity. This is honestly the main thing I was hoping to improve upon. Also, I can FEEL the dilation of my eyes. So overall I'd say I'm still on the fence about it. It's definitely better than other products I've tried in the same category and certainly provides a noticeable improvement, but overall falls drastically short of the established expectations. Will report back in a week or two.

I wish this company was my own lol omg! I keep raving about the benefits to everyone and inviting them to try it which unfortunately has my stack slim. From zero energy mental fog, needing 2-3 daily naps. To laser focus and energy and excitement without the crash. Coffee was draining my iron levels. This doesn’t! Tysm

The product claims to give energy and all that jazz; however, all it did was make me extremely sleepy.
Canceled the subscription online, and the cancel process is ridiculous. You have to watch videos and click cancel at least 10 times.
This product sucks. Don't order it.

started a subscription. on the 3rd order they said there were problems processing my card. called my bank and they said it wasn't on their end. After at least 15 emails back n forth with graymatter telling me the exact same thing (to update my card info---when there wasn't any thing wrong with it or the information--nothing had changed) i tried a hail mary and added a "back-up" card to use as payment. It was the exact same card with the exact same info. Supposedly the order went through but the screen after processing said there was still a problem so we will see. If it happens next month I'll cancel which is too bad because the product has made a difference.

It tasted good you look at the ingredients list and it is power packed however being somebody that is on ADHD medication’s and has problems focusing I did not see any difference at all what I have noticed about these sort of ingredients in different individual users is that everyone’s body response differently so if you were looking at this, don’t let this review dissuade you give it a shot because they do have a good return policy even after you’ve opened and tried, but you only have 20 days, blessings upon the company and hope you guys continue to do well

Tried their tangerine blend and now I'm hooked.Focus hours increased and I didn't feel the need to reach for my afternoon coffee.

After multiple requests, they continued to bill me monthly. Don’t purchase bc they won’t cancel your subscription.
