Weak tech support
Weak tech support. And slow.
That's the impression from the first few days.
Not good enough for a paid service.
Otherwise it works.
We're currently looking for a replacement service.
Very sporadic application process
Very sporadic application process. Seems like people who are doing the onboarding or prechecks are not qualified. Waste of time for us to be honest. Better go with RBC or if you need just a card, go with Amex. Highly dont recommend

Super easy to signup BUT good luck canceling.
Keap makes it super easy to signup, trying to cancel however....good luck. You have to call in to their support line, they then take your contact info down and at a later date a sales person then calls you. You're required to talk to the sales rep before they will let you cancel. They won't let you cancel via email. Multiple phone calls required. Such a difficult process to cancel. Very bad experience.

Not really a credit card
Issued a card, made way more than my minimum payment, well in advance of due date, was met with demands to pay card off in full immediately. Accessed my bank account for random amounts on random dates resulting in 4 NSF charges. Couldn't explain what the issue with my payment was, so I paid off the card in full and they then promptly cancelled the card.

Best credit facility our company ever had with Try Keep Credit Card, and overall, my experience has been quite positive.
Ease of Use & Features:

PROBLEM WITH SIGN-IN
I had a problem with my sign in - a severe difficulty.
I reported this to Keep Support. (easy to do)
Keep communicated the reason for my difficulty. from their perspective. (a clear rationale)
I knew it's cause was a computer technical problem set up by my technical help to solve something else.
I reported this to Keep Support (easy to do)
They responded quickly with a clear understanding and instructions to fix my problem including a temporary work around. (this was of critical value)
I followed the instructions & established my sign-in.
(problem solved).
I am grateful to know they have the expertise and the responsiveness. It delivered great customer service. (nothing more valuable)

Looks like a scam
They claim to be accredited by the Better Business bureau, but can't be found on the BBB website. They report two different addresses in Ottawa and Toronto but don't show up in the directory if you Google search those addresses. When you call you are unable to speak to a person.
Great UX, 8x more credit than the banks; a clear FinTech disruptor for business.
Dealing with the Keep team has been a pleasure. Onboarding was simple and straight forward. The platform is simple and easy to use with a great UX. It is clear that Keep is a FinTech disruptor looking to partner with businesses instead of stifling them. The fact that they issued us 8x more credit than our bank was a clear indication that Keep is looking to springboard businesses by providing them with options to credit and operating capital.

Better than Banks
I saw a lot of ads for TryKeep on facebook and figured I would most likely get rejected, but whatever.
To my surprise, I got a sizeable account which is fantastic for most business transactions! Including paying for things online.
This feature I really love, because if I encounter a suspicious site, I can make a credit card number, use it, then cancel it so they can't continue to bill me on scam sites like Yelp (the biggest business scam site)
Employees can also have their own real or virtual card with spending limits.
The only thing I wish they did was allow sending of e-transfer, which I am sure will happen in time, or already if this review is from a few years ago.
Keep is great, responsive, helpful and I hope to use them for many years to come.

for past few months i had very good…
for past few months i had very good experience with keep and there fees were quiet hight , still it was helpful for me to cover my payroll and additional expenses . i was using there capital program for a while and settled early all the payments , then my account manager told you are eligible to higher credit limit request and i had done the same . then after 2 days they declined my higher limit and said that due to risk factor they cant increase my limit . infact they had removed my capital balance as well and reduced my credit limit which is totally humiliating me and my business without any reason , its all depends on underwriting teams mood , very unprofessionally treated to my business . totally dissapointed with the service provided
